DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!! I used the service a few times to check in Airbnb guests. 1 out of 3 cleaners did a great job. The other two cleanings were terrible but that is not the reason I beg you to boycott this company. When I was complaining to the cleaner that she didn't vacuum she apologized saying she couldn't bring the vacuum because her car broke down and she had to take the bus. When she said the cab fare would be more than what she was making on the job I was stunned because I paid $141. She advised she is only getting $67 from that. What kind of DISGUSTING ish is this!!!! Handy collects a $75 booking fee while only paying their staff $15 an hour and expecting them to pay for their own supplies and transportation!! What's worse is that they also charged a cancellation fee when I removed the remaining cleanings from my account AND I have since reached out to customer service to voice my concerns however there is no phone numbers and they don't respond to any of my emails and help tickets. This type of disgusting fascism should not be supported in our country. #BOYCOTTHANDY

Rosanna did a great job cleaning the house. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that she was late to the appointment, even though we had made it clear in advance that we had a drop dead time we needed to leave. We had to coordinate instructions over the phone when a personal walk through would have been much more desired. But the cleaning itself was great and we would certainly have her come back.
