We've been Emaids for 3 years now and we love the service. We've had two cleaners, Debbie and Sandra and both have been super efficient and professional. They navigated our pets without a problem from day one and always leave the place looking perfect. The support the agency staff provide is excellent too, handling any rescheduling needs smoothly and keeping track of keys, instructions and billing so you don't have to! I Can't say enough good things about them. I have lived in Manhattan 16 years. Through the years I have used numerous amounts of cleaning people as well as companies. I can confidently say that they are hands down the best cleaning service in Manhattan, and by far the most professional. I loved the organization of their service. I was skeptical that it would do much for our one-bedroom apartment, but wow! I love every inch of our place now. Simply the absolute best! I've had our apartment cleaned before by a different company and it was rather mediocre but I expected no one is going to actually deep clean the whole place. Having 3 toddlers in the home makes it pretty dirty on a regular basis and we haven't had professional cleaning in about 2 years. We knew it needed a deep cleaning as being in home made my allergies sky rocket with dust and dirt. They had 2 women come, and after 4 hours of cleaning (the place was pretty bad) it was beyond amazing, the cleaned absolutely everything! Not one thing left untouched, absolutely amazed by how good they were. Highly recommend this place! And we will use them on a regular basis.

I do NOT recommend this company based on their management. The cleaning person broke one of my glass shower doors and now the manager wants to put a cap on the cost to replace my door with a cheaper door version as if what was broken was of inferior quality plus the hassle to shower with no door in the interim. I recommend to sign a pre agreement to have any item replaced with the same quality as found at your home.

I won't mention any names in this review, but the persons know who they are. I made an appointment for the first time two days ago for my apartment to be cleaned this morning. When I spoke to the man at emaids, he seemed a bit disorganized and contacted me several times to confirm the information. I was a little skeptical, but threw caution to the wind. He said he would send me some information for me to review, including the cost of the cleaning service. Well, I never received it. This morning, I waited for the cleaning service to show up at the scheduled time, but she was a no-show for the first 20 minutes. I was already late for work so I had to leave. It wasn't until an hour later that I was contacted by emaids to let me know the lady was at my building waiting for me. I let them know it was unacceptable. I will say that the person with whom I spoke asked how he could make it up to me, however, at this point, I had already hired another agency. Don't know if I will give them a second chance, but based on my first experience with them, it was a joke!

The ladies came by and transformed my apartment in such a short time. It was such a good feeling to see all the detail work they did to get all the dirt and grime out of there. And the best part is, they did it for a reasonable price. I am certainly going to bring them back to do regular upkeep at my apartment. Very bad experience. First time I booked deep cleaning the person came said she was only asked to do basic cleaning and was not willing to clean my closet. After she left, the microwave surface was left oily and the trash was still in the vacuum. The person was also making a phone call for long time during the work. I booked for 3 hours and she finished early for 2 and half hour. I called Emaids about this problem and they sent a follow up for Friday 9pm but was late for 20 mins! very bad experience.

We used eMaids for the first time yesterday, 9/5/19. Sadly, we will not be using them again as the entire service was done completely inadequately. If we hadn’t seen the cleaner with our own eyes, I would not have believed someone even showed up. To start, our apartment was already decently clean. We simply wanted the bathrooms deep cleaned, floors vacuumed/mopped and everything thorough dusted. The bathrooms were cleaned poorly....our glass shower door still had conditioner residue on it, toilets did not look like they had been cleaned inside, and simple things that other companies have done such a making sure towels were neat and tidy were left undone as well. In terms of the kitchen, the backsplash was still sticky and the exterior of the microwave does not appear to have been touched. Also, we had left both beds sloppily made since we expected the cleaner to fully make them, however, the guest bed looked as if a 5 year old made it with the sheet fully hanging out on both sides (instead of nicely tucked in and the duvet smoothly laying on top) and the master bed had not been re-made at all! Lastly, the overall dusting was lazily done and none of the base boards in the kitchen/living room had even been touched. The cleaner arrived at 1:15 and left by 4:30 and I really do not understand what she did during the time! Especially considering how the apartment looked when she arrived. Extremely disappointed as we were hoping to use eMaids bi-weekly however, we will definitely be using another company such as Maid Sailors!!!

I've had my apartment cleaned a few times prior using a different company. However, this was by far the best job I've seen. There were2 ladies who came & started cleaning immediately. They worked tirelessly and cleaned for 3 hours My bathroom, bedroom & living room were the cleanest it's ever been when they left. I was even asked to check every room to make sure there was nothing they missed. All the shelves dusted, the carpet vacuumed, and they even removed some stains that had been on the wall. I was thoroughly impressed. This cleaning was also cheaper than the previous companies I've used. There's no doubt I'll be calling this company from now on.

Very disappointing experience, besides the great attitude of the managing team we had some issues with the cleaning team. Showed up late and didn't followed the instructions to get in the flat . The cleaning was rushed and very very superficial for a " deep cleaning " service, leaving our flat untidy. We complained to Emaids they were very professional and offer us another cleaning free of charge... No one showed up and nobody notified us. We had to complain again they resent someone everything went smoothly the cleaning was ok. I would not recommend this cleaning service it was unreliable with a superficial result.

Emaids is Phenomenal ! Super easy and convenient booking online. Appreciated the fact that they were able to get someone out to our home on 4th of July. I think this speaks volume about their company. Great customer service as well! Myra was the person who did our cleaning and she was great! She showed up on time. Our home looked really clean afterwards. Easy transaction as well. They send you a receipt afterwards and charge the credit card on file. As a millennial, we love this! No need to write checks or ensure that we need to be home to pay. We will definitely use this company again. Would highly recommend them if you're in the NYC Area!
