I have recently used Diamond Maids Cleaning Service and was delighted with their professional staff and cleaning experience. I am located on Staten Island with two bedroom apartment and had a deep cleaning due to the fact I was working constantly. I also used their extra pet hair removal service to get rid of any additional hair from my dog that it usually in the house. I loved the fact they also have Eco-friendly service and it makes a huge difference for my families health. I would totally recommend this service to everyone, they sure are professional service and I was very pleased of how they cleaned my apartment. Thank you for taking care of cleaning in my house. I’ve been using Diamond Maids for only a short period of time (about three months) and they have been exceptional. They are courteous, on time, hard working and most importantly, flexible. As a full time working mom, I have 12-13 hour days during the week and have no desire or time frankly to care for my home. Diamond Maids has made it possible for me to spend time with my son and husband, without the worry of having to clean my house. They’ve been, time and again, extremely flexible in when they can arrive based on schedule changes in my calendar. I'm thrilled! I have used Diamonds Maids twice in the last couple of weeks and I couldn't say enough about how great there are! They are very professional, precise and also insured. They did awesome job after a small renovation which was done before our baby will come. They used eco-friendly detergents so the smell didn't bother me. I am so happy with the job that Diamond Maids did with my 1 bedroom apt. I was hosting a very important person at my place and had recently had a mouse problem (mice in my oven! Horrible!) and I was very nervous about hosting. Diamond Maids were able to come (booked them 2 days before the cleaning) and I had 3 people cleaning my place all at the same time! These ladies did an impeccable job! They were super thorough even changing my bed sheets! My bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom, never looked cleaner! Even my oven was spotless! I will DEFINITELY be using their services again and have already started referring them to my friends and colleagues! Thank you!!!
