They went out of there way to accommodate me. The gentleman, Rob, who did the cleaning was professional and did a terrific job. I have never seen my windows so spotless. Each of the four people on the crew were careful with all the tricky and fragile glass storm windows, removing them gingerly and replacing them in their tracks which was not easy. They also cleaned so well two large windows that were very difficult to access. Our house now looks transformed with every window sparkling clean!

What do you call a company that sets up an appointment and then doesn't show up? Disorganized maybe? Well, what about when they call you the next day and say they don't bother to show up and won't do business with you because you "only" have nine windows? OF course, some people would say "why would you set up an appointment if you don't want to do business with me"? Then they bragged about all these big companies they do business with. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SMALL BUSINESSES SAY SO AND DO NOT SET UP APPOINTMENTS WITH THEM. That's pretty simply isn't it

I have had Chelsea Window Cleaning come by to clean our office windows a few times now, our building Mgmt hired and provided the service to us. The cleaning tech team came in and did a good thorough job and were quick. Rob is one of the supervising cleaners, he is very professional and nice. I did however have an issue, the last time the team came in to clean they pulled out the window to clean the outdoor side as usual. However, they did not properly reinstall one of our sixteen windows by accident. The window if you tried to open it after the cleaning would not stay open if raised "the spring lost it's proper placement." When we emailed the company the situation they mentioned that they were not liable because the windows were just older and it is considered normal wear & tear. We informed the cleaning company that the windows were new so that justification was not valid in this case. to make a long story short they eventually agreed to come back to fix the window but it took their management about two months to agree & get the cleaning team back in our office to make the repair. Rob, from the cleaning company came in and inspected the window and agreed it looked like the cleaning team did accidentally cause the window spring to detach, he was able to reinstall the spring and window within fifteen minutes and solved the problem.

Our school has a large number of windows and nearly all of them have sun-shade louvers, which add difficulty to the cleaning process. The Chelsea Window Cleaning team was professional, friendly, and efficient. All of the windows, louvers, and signage were thoroughly cleaned. Chelsea's pricing was better than competitors that we contacted and they were kind enough to throw in some high dusting in our gym since my ladders couldn't reach the beams/duct-work. I would recommend their services and use them again in the future.

Our experience with Chelsea Window Cleaning was exemplary. I researched several NYC window cleaning companies and gathered quotes before choosing a service, and Chelsea's was the cheapest I found by 3 whole dollars per window. Since we had never worked with them before, they sent out a manager (John) to walk through our space, verifying our window type and structural details pertinent to cleaning, as well as answering my questions about pricing and scheduling. Robin and Maria at their office were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond as we figured out a day and time that worked for my office's busy and unpredictable schedule. The day of our cleaning, the window cleaners (Joseph and Emerson) arrived on time and ready to begin – however, I quickly realized I had grossly underestimated the number of windows in my office - there were nearly 20 more than we had scheduled time for. Even though this was MY mistake, the folks at Chelsea were incredibly accomodating, changing their schedule to allot more time for Joseph and Emerson to clean the extra windows at the same low price per window. And even though my mistake nearly doubled the scope and time of the job, they remained polite, hard working and efficient, even pointing out damaged windows (prior to cleaning) so that we could notify our landlord. They also went over their work with me before leaving, so that we'd know exactly what to expect on our invoice. I would recommend Chelsea cleaning to anyone - especially office spaces and studios with lots of windows. :)

Terrible service, unreliable and highly unprofessional. I scheduled my window cleaning in early June for end of the month delivery. Everything was confirmed and ready except for the the day before they were supposed to arrived, I received a phone call them saying the appointment was cancelled and there is no availability to reschedule. While I understand private properties is something they don't specialize in, they should not have confirmed reservation in the first place or not cancelled it in the last moment. Terrible service.
