Horrible! They made my schedule and in the last minute canceled it. I will never try to use them again. Be careful if you are booking. Even if they show that they have availability, they actually might not. I booked it and believed that they were going to send cleaners the next day as I could book it, but 3 hours before the cleaning job was supposed to start, they sent me a reschedule request.

Yesterday was my first experience with Check Maid Cleaning and it was a great one! Two lovely girls arrived promptly at 7am. By 9:15am, they were finished and had done a fantastic job. There was a check list of all the items they had completed and cleaned. There was another woman there who was checking over their work. Then, I received a call and an email from the office making sure I was happy with the cleaning. I very much appreciate their thoroughness, their customer service, and their excellent cleaning job. I will definitely use them in the future!
