They have done great work and they have even laid pavers for me and put up Christmas lights for me. I have never had any problems with their service and I have tried other companies and was never happy with them

Not only did they show up an hour late, they didn’t even apologize. They blamed it on bad scheduling and that they couldn’t find my apartment, even when I gave them directions 3 times. They took forever to get situated and take my credit card for payment. I was late to work and late to getting my dog to the groomer. I had been told they would arrive between 8-8:30 and they didn’t come until 9. Only giving 2 stars for I going on blind faith that the cleaning was done well since I haven’t had a chance to see it myself. For $133, I would have expected better service. They called the night before my cleaning trying to change the date and time of my appointment because THEY messed up the appointment. I have guests coming into town tomorrow so I had no other day or time to move it to. They were also completely unaware of what I needed done, when I already explained what I needed clean when I booked the appointment. Having to repeat myself when they were already running so late was infuriating. First and last time using this service. Update: the cleaning part of the service was done very well. My apartment looked great with just a few things not dusted which was no big deal as I know not everything can be done in the time frame. I appreciate the cleaning service that was provided. I am throughly disappointed in being judged from the owner about my age and demographic as no company should discriminate. And for the record, I did call to find out where they were at 8:52am, so I was concerned and would never have asked someone to put their safety in jeopardy as you have implied. It is extremely unprofessional to attack my personal character as you do not know me, nor do I know you. I only know the experience I had today and chose to share it. I simply have nothing else to say about this company.

I was pleased for the most part; I would have liked to have seen more attention to detail e.g., baseboards, corners, crevices, things that are out of reach. I was overwhelmed to have so many people in the house at once but understand that helps them get the job done quicker.

The tenants had moved out but didn't do a good job on refrigerator, oven or bathroom. The crew came in and did the house front door to back. They did the blinds, walls, baseboards and bathroom shower better than tenants left them. They did it in a reasonably short time and very professionally.

I have found their crews to be motivated and conscientious, and Tammy and Teri are a delight to work with. Some of the best things about Tammy and Teri are that they are pragmatic problem solvers, and have the capacity to take the initiative in dealing with things that come up with my idiosyncratic 115 year old place, as well as good judgment in applying it. Maidomatic is a local, Albuquerque business dedicated to customer service, and I think you can't go wrong with choosing them to help care for your home.

Might I add that this company came to my rescue after trying numerous companies turning me down saying that it was too big a job at such a late hour. It was only 4pm. Amazing company. I had a housekeeper who quit and needed help immediately as company was coming. I could only afford 1/2 an hour and was skeptical that they could clean the house at all in that time. I was shocked! They showed up with 4 people and a tool kit that had everything they needed and got 4 rooms cleaned and mopped! So great I hired them to come back twice a month for an hour.

My experience with MaidOMatic has been very positive. Never have had any items missing and the team that comes is always polite and professional. I find that by having a list of specific cleaning chores ready when they arrive, works best for me when I want them to concentrate on a certain area. The team focuses on those chores in addition to the normal cleaning and I am always pleased with the results. The team works hard when they are here. In addition, anytime I have contacted the owner about changing a scheduled appointment, she worked with me to make it convenient for me.

Called to set up a move out cleaning. I had a few questions, Victoria answers the call and asks "Are you calling to get on the schedule"? I ask if they include wall cleaning in the services and she retorts "OK SIR what I am asking you is do you want to be put on the schedule" Very rude tone. If you cant even answer a quick easy question about your service then uh no thanks. Cant believe how rude this lady was.. Skipping them and continuing my search! ( In response to the owners reply .. I checked my notes and I will NOT .. Thats firmly WILL NOT remove this review. I stand by my review and swear that this was my experience when calling this company. "No info on my profile" This means I do not exist.. ?? LOL get real! )

I posted a picture of my tile. The owner said it was crumbling and had sand everywhere. She did not see the tile herself. So her staff must have misinformed her. The picture of the qrout is not a result of their cleaning ability. I in no way meant to threaten or feel I am above anyone else or her "contract", that she has you down load and esign. I gave info regarding my and my husband's professions to let her know, we are professional people who don't scream when we have concerns. I have concerns with the work done. I ask them to fold one set of bed sheets, dust the master bedroom, damp mop the bedroom wood floors, I had already made the bed. Clean the master bathroom and mop the floor. I ask if they cleaned under the furniture and they replied they could if I wanted them to. Before I ask them to do anything, I ask is this something you do? I didn't receive what they did or didn't do when they arrived or in her "contract". I ask for one bedroom to have clean sheets put on the bed and for the room to be dusted. The other two bedrooms are empty and all three of the back bedrooms had brand new carpet, so I ask them NOT to vacuum any of those bedrooms. I ask them to clean a second bathroom and mop the floor. I ask them to dust the living area and dining room also damp mop wood floors. Clean the kitchen to include; counter tops, sink, outside of the appliances, inside and outside of the microwave and damp mop. My house was clean to begin with, anyone who knows me, knows that it's always clean. I had injured my back and wanted them to do the basics, so my house would stay clean. They estimated it would take them 6 hours to do those things. I told them my house wasn't even dirty and it wouldn't take me more than an hour and a half to do everything. I had a woman clean for me, after I had back surgery, who was insured and bonded. It took her two hours every other week to do what they were going to do, plus dust items in the dining room hutch , dust hanging pictures, spot clean walls and doors The owner later said the job should have taken 8hrs to do, this is with 4 people! After they were finished, I walked through the house. The floors weren't clean in the entry way. The refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher were streaked. All of the appliances had just been delivered, and not yet used, except for the refrigerator. But the top of the stove had dust on it so after she cleaned, it hadn't been wiped off. I tried to help with the streaks, explaining, if you use the stainless steel spray and go in circles instead of just across, it will overlap and it won't streak. I told them I was happy with most of the house, but dissatisfied with the kitchen and floor in the entry way. I was told the tile was stained and that's why it wasn't clean. I know my own tile, not only is it new, but it certainly isn't stained. I think most people would agree ;it takes a lot to stain tile. You could drop a glass of red wine on tile, breaking the glass, but unless the tile is broken or porous it won't stain. I ask the woman, who seemed to be in charge and the who was the one who had cleaned the floor and kitchen, to please go over the floor, in that area again. I showed her that it did come clean when I went over it with a damp cloth. She told me that I was going to make them late for their next appointment, even though 4 people had 6 hrs to clean an already clean house. Mostly, I am saddened by the owner's response. Instead of hearing my concerns as information I was sharing with her . My words were twisted and the blame was placed on me, the customer. I had to communicate through two emails because she assumed I would "scream " at her if she returned my call. She assumed I was calling about the price. If you look at her response, to anyone who gives her less than a glowing review ;instead of problem solving or seeing opportunities to improve her business, she always blames the customer. I never told them they had to do the work in less time. They decided they could do it in less.

After having a wonderful experience with the cleaning crew, I asked to be put on a permanent schedule. 10:00 every second Wednesday every month. They missed my appointment - No word of delay – No communication – Nothing. I had the nerve to call at check whassup at 11:15. Over one hour late. I got every excuse and put down saying something about not being a priority schedule. After listening to every excuse why the schedule didn’t really matter and wasn’t really a real schedule, I dared question being spoken to in such a harsh manner. Upshot: I was fired as a customer because the crew was late and because no one saw fit to call me or re-schedule with me because of whatever their delay might be. Their maids are great. Their office crew is reprehensible. If you pick this company, then I suspect that you too will not be able to reliably “schedule” their services without neglectful communication and borderline verbal abuse if you dare question their tardiness. Advise you to stay away.
