Superb across the board. Quick response and scheduling, very friendly and professional service, excellent end product on a complicated dryer vent cleaning. Could have been a little more precise about the scheduling upfront, but then again they worked us in on the fly the same day as we called.

Hoover's Air Duct Cleaning provided excellent service at a fair price! I have used them on previous occasions and never been disappointed! My clothes dryer was taking too long to dry and they came out within an hour! They cleaned out the dryer vent and it now works great! I highly recommend them!!!

Marshall and Derrick were amazing! I have used them in the past, so I trusted their expertise. They arrived on time on a day it was snowing, and were incredibly careful to not track mud and snow into my house. The were thorough and let me know throughout the process what was happening. I would recommend them for their abilities, but also for their customer service and great value. Don't hesitate to call them. You may have to wait as they are so busy, but it's worth it.

We have used Hoover's twice now. The first time was to clean out our dryer vent that had never been done before. I was really impressed how clean and knowledgeable the 2 service guys were. They arrived on time and left in a timely fashion. The second time they came out was for our ducts to be cleaned. We had the same service guys as the first and still super friendly, knowledgeable and clean. We will definitely be using your services again and will definitely pass the name along to our friends and family. Even Mr Marshall is super helpful, pleasant on the phone and always happy on the other side of phone.

They are very professional removed there shoes upon entering our house and layed towles down! We had a very unpleasant smell in our house and they took the time to thoroughly scrub all of the vents and vent covers! Our house smells amazing now! Would highly recommend them! Marshall & Moises were so professional, courteous, and clean! They cleaned all of our ducts, exhaust fans, & dryer vent too. They took great care to cover surfaces and tidied up thoroughly. Marshall and his crew did a great job with attention to detail rarely seen from any contractor! They were on time, courteous, and careful insuring not to scratch or "ding" woodwork. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and showed areas that would help control future dust and other issues. they had a big chore in our house with plus 24 vents and the dryer. Don't think this house may have ever been done before from the previous owners. I know we will breathe easier.

Marshall and his crew were able to get out to my house a day before schedule. They were incredibly efficient; the job was done in no time at all! I ran a load of laundry after they left. All I can say is the difference is AMAZING! We were running the dryer twice per load before they came, and now we can dry a huge load of laundry in one dryer run, on LOW HEAT! Thank you Marshall!

The guys did a good job. Efficient with their time ,got to work right away. I asked Marshall, the owner, for a veterans discount he came up with $10 bucks out of a $250 bill. I would of felt better had I not asked. Didn't have correct filter to boot. Nice enough guy though.

I highly recommend this company. The guys showed up on time, were professional, polite and friendly. They take their shoes off when they arrive and place towels on every wall corner to prevent wall scuffs from equipment. They got to work immediately and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they were great with my pets. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely stellar service!!!! I'd been putting this household task off for years, and for fear of the dryer vent catching the house on fire, I called Hoover's, which was highly recommended by my neighbors. Anthony & Ernesto arrived right on time and carefully and thoroughly cleaned my 17 swamp-cooler vents (I have radiant heat), as well as the dryer vent from roof to laundry room. They also replaced the smashed vent behind the dryer. It was a complete mess back there -- and they took care of all of it! I am infinitely thankful and relieved. The owner, Marshall Hoover, is charm personified, and runs a superb operation. I'm so happy!!!!
