Instead he pushed me while it was all to meet his sales goals, not meet my goals. This company will sell you all their services with no experience in the material and how it will come out, my material was damaged and stained from their products. Their sales team had pressured me to pay for services they couldn’t perform, while speaking to the owner who did nothing to show his respect to me as their customer, who spent $592.99. Below are the after photos as well as the receipt for all the services I paid for, all their cleanings DID NOT work, the drapes, valences, and headboard were in a worse condition. The only service that had a decent outcome was the floor grout cleaning I hope you choose another company for real outcomes and proper treatment and be truly valued as a customer. Definition of fraud 1a : deceit, trickery; specifically : intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right • was accused of credit card fraud b : an act of deceiving or misrepresenting : trick • automobile insurance frauds 2a : a person who is not what he or she pretends to be : impostor • He claimed to be a licensed psychologist, but he turned out to be a fraud. ; also : one who defrauds : cheat

The woman who sold me the package assured me that the cleaners would help me move furniture around to get the carpet clean. The men who showed up to clean were not on board with this idea AT ALL. Will not use this company again.

The owner of ChemDry of NM, Katie, stepped in after my horrible experience and offered to clean up the mess at no cost to me. I must admit that kind of customer-first business approach is so rare it surprises me these days. I’m still speechless, but want to do everything I can to promote and refer people to this woman. Not only did she offer to help, but she made arrangements to have her technician David come to my home on the very same day. David was professional in every way, and it was a COMPLETELY different experience than my encounter with the Duke City ChemDry. I spoke with the ChemDry corporate office about my experience with Katie and her team, and they acknowledged that Katie is one of their most successful owners and a superb brand ambassador. Katie is a leader in this company and even sits on the advisory board for the whole franchise organization. All of that aside, I believe this woman to be a good human. She simply exercises integrity, compassion and a business leadership approach that I wish was more common. In my opinion there is no comparison. This is the kind of business that we should all support.

They are good, but to expensive for me. I can't seem to wrap my brain around spending 600$ dollars for a upstairs carpet cleaning. If u have pets they do not include the pet disenfective, they charge separate for that. So far I have spent a 1000 dollars on carpet cleaning with them. No thank u. I will be looking somewhere else. I even told the lady I did not want to pay 500 dollars again on the phone and they charged me 600 dollars this time!!!

On the day of the actual appointment, I was contacted again to announce the arrival time of Steve. I would use them again and highly recommend the company to anyone needing upholstery cleaning..

I had my carpet cleaned. They did a full-service job & got stuff clean. It wasn't nasty when we started, but it wasn't the cleanest either, thanks to 3 large fluffy dogs & 2 cats. Most stains got well-lifted, but a curry stain that was yellow from turmeric just wouldn't give even to the greatest of their efforts. They worked with my schedule & honored a coupon. Pretty standard, I'd say, but what counts is the results: satisfactorily-cleaned carpet.
