This is the third or fourth time I've used Chem Dry and, up until now, I've had no complaints. However Im afraid I can't be anywhere near complimentary after their most recent job at my residence. I had requested some furniture be moved but only one technician showed up so that request was nixed. What furniture was moved was not put back in it's original place. Hey tech., ever hear of a furniture footprint? Further, carpet cleaning residue was left on contiguous non-carpeted surfaces which I had to clean up which is difficult for me being disabled. A bathroom light and fan and the master bedroom light were all left on. The rear sliding door was left open with the limiting rod left out of the track so anyone could have freely entered my residence. In comparison to the guest bedroom it did not appear the tech. had cleaned under my bed in the master bedroom. Lastly, it only took one hour for the job to be completed for a grand total of 217.00! I wouldn't mind paying that if greater concern for the customer and competence were evident. At that rate, forget going to law or med. school....go to work in the carpet cleaning field! Adios Chem Dry.

Joseph is always the tech that comes out to clean my carpets. He is also an owner. I am never disappointed. Looks like new carpet when he leaves. Takes limited time to dry and I can get my house back to normal. Donna who sets appointments is always looking for a good deal and is happy to schedule a time that works with my schedule. DO NOT WORK WITH CHEMDRY DUKE CITY. I’m posting this review after speaking with the ChemDry corporate office and with their blessing and encouragement as it appears complaints are the norm with this particular franchise, owned by a man named Joseph. To be clear, ChemDry Duke City is completely independent and this review has nothing to do with other ChemDry franchises in NM. In fact, I can strongly recommend ChemDry of NM on San Mateo. Completely different experience. Duke City, however, has earned my first and only horrible review. In short, horrible work with an unprecedented effort to escape their obligation of an offensive 10-day warranty. I’ve learned 30 days is the norm. This company is dishonest. It’s office manager, Donna, is condescending and unprofessional, which became soon evident is a pattern upon speaking with both corporate and other local franchises. It appears she and the company’s owner, Joseph, generate numerous complaints from customers, which are then remedied by other franchise owners concerned that the horrible experience provided by Duke City will impact other local businesses. You’ve been warned. Horrible work, which they will not warranty should the work be subpar. I was hung up on by Donna, who refused to provide any contact details for the owner. I’ve since learned this owner has been cited numerous times for violating brand standards and for providing dismal results. Take this review seriously and run! Try giving ChemDry of NM a call. They are superior in every way.

They just left a complete mess in our house the worst quality of work ive ever paid for 200$$ later & cat hair everywhere!!!! Like they didnt vacuum before hand.. I posted pics of the job AFTER they were done. Dont call these people their thieves
