I have been a satisfied Total Home Cleaning customer for at least 5 years. At first, Nancy and her team were assigned to me and they were fantastic, but due to a scheduling change on my part, Lidia and her team came to me, and they are equally wonderful. They do a very thorough job and leave the house feeling clean and fresh. I have a large dog, and I could never keep up with the dog hair and dander without their help. The team members and office staff are extremely pleasant to deal with. I feel very lucky to have found Total Home Cleaning!

THC cleaned a new home I just bought and I paid $500 for a 4000sqft cleaning. All the big things were clean - floor, counters, large window sills, but as I moved in a saw how much was totally left untouched. I had significant dust piled from previous renovations on all areas of the house that were out in the open to include he master bath mirrors! When I called I offers to use heir recurring service if they offered a discount on the first one to "right the wrongs" of the sub-pat cleaning. I received the run around with pricing and how often the cleaning should happen and I just let it go. I should have used someone else for $500.
