My wife and I work all the time and lately it seems we can not get a grip on our chores. We're so thankful we happened upon this house cleaning service in Jersey city. Very easy to work with and even more so, thorough. The house was left spotless in about 5 hours and we have no complaints. They impressed us so much we booked a second house cleaning service for one month out since we know our schedule remains crazy especially with our kids headed back to school.

My partner is very sensitive when it comes to chemicals. That's what I love with Liberty Housekeeping, the only housekeeping service that offers natural cleaning materials. No harmful chemicals used but leaves our entire house absolutely clean! On top of that, these maids in Hoboken are very profesional. They speak great english and can follow instructions very well! These guys are the greatest!!!

I scheduled a moving out cleaning service with them. The appointment was scheduled without trouble. A team of three arrived on time and did a wonderful job of the apartment, which is spacious and quite dirty. All three of them were polite and worked really hard and professionally. There are some hidden places that they forgot to clean though. I'm happy with the service and will use it again later if needed.

Their customer service reps are friendly/helpful and their online portal is super easy to navigate. I’ve used a few different cleaning services over the years, and Super Maids is by far the best. USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE HOPING TO LOSE YOUR PET. I had my pets in one room with the door closed when a crew of three cleaners arrived. I explained extremely clearly that I wanted them to clean the apartment and keep that room for last, so I could move my pets safely from that room to another room. The crew nodded and said they understood. That was the only instruction I gave them. They did not comply, and the end result was one of my indoor cats was lost until we found him, outside of our apartment, due to the negligence of this crew. Even worse, the crew did not appear to care at all. I told the crew to leave and searched everywhere for my cat. Found him outside our apartment, where he luckily was terrified and hunkered against a building, got him inside, sobbed a while, and have been trying to get ahold of someone from Super Maids to talk with. Of course, no one is picking up their main phone number, and no one has called back from the voicemail I left. Now when I call, I am essentially being hung up on. I am shocked by this and strongly caution you to NOT use this service and learn from my mistake. The incredible thing is that a few months ago, I called the service team at Super Maids and spoke to a gentleman there about how his crew opened windows even though I asked them specifically not to, to be mindful of my pets. I told him what a great job the crew did, and asked if next time they could send someone with greater language proficiency so I wouldn't have to worry so much about the window situation. I told him I'm the daughter of immigrants and that I was happy to have a team in my home regardless of native language, just that I wanted to keep my pets safe. He was 100% understanding and said I had experienced an anomaly. I got really lucky that I didn't lose my pet forever. Please heed my advice and don't put yourself through this. It was horrible and I do not wish it on anyone .

Looking for a monthly cleaning service and called today in an attempt to get an accurate price quote. On the website, it requires you to include how many bedrooms in your apartment to get a quote. We have four, but we dont want the bedrooms included in our cleaning, we prefer to clean those ourselves. I put in 1 bedroom just to get an idea and the price was $119. I assumed this preference might create a different price point, so I called to speak to someone and let them know that we want just our kitchen, living room, and 3 bathrooms and to find out how much that would cost. The guy I spoke to was not helpful, and borderline condescending. He insisted that I have to put how many bedrooms total, whether I want them cleaned or not. He said two maids will show up and be there for two hours, and I can tell them what I want on arrival. I asked if this would include bathrooms and he said “like I said, whatever they can get done in two hours.” I went back to the website to plug in four bedrooms into my quote and the price jumped from $119 to $229. So you want me to pay over $100 more to NOT clean my bedrooms and MAYBE they get to the bathrooms? Pass. I’ll be going with Maid In JC and I highly suggest this company gets someone else to answer their phones.

Absolutely 5 stars! I'm speechless after hearing from my wife who stayed at home while the maids were cleaning: They came in on 10AM, and did everything we asked them to do professionally. My wife didn't want them to keep working for another hour or two so she told them to ignore certain parts and take a rest. But they didn't! They literally cleaned up every single corner of the assigned area! At the end of their work, a manager came in and took a serious look at our rooms, and then confirmed with my wife if their work met our expectation. They left on 3:30 PM! $119 is all they charged for.. seriously professional cleaning service for 5.5 consecutive hours! I've never expected the service to be so good. This is far much better than what I thought it would be. 5 STARS NO DOUBT! Thank you so much! I'm sure I will come back to this company if anything in the future.

In ‘retirement’ my parents owned and operated a residential and commercial cleaning company in NC for over 15 years, so needless to say I have pretty high expectations. All of which are consistently met with Super Maids! They truly provide -excellent, professional, reliable, quality and attention to detail- cleaning! Highly recommend! :) *Also - ICYMI - their prices are incredible!!

I'm really surprised given all the positive reviews. Booked an appointment online. Got 3 separate emails and texts confirming my appointment and then they never showed up. Not only did they not show up, but 0 communication from them. The office number is an answering machine and they don't respond to emails on the weekend. It completely messed up the move-out schedule of my apartment and wasted half my day.Did I also mention there is a pending charge on my credit card for the full amount? Maybe I got unlucky, but I would never recommend this company. ****UPDATE***** They did drop the charges on my credit card, but so far have refused to call me back despite numerous voicemails and emails. I'm not even sure they're in business anymore. If they are, they're certainly not a professional organization. If you do choose to risk using them DO NOT book online. They store your credit information with no way to delete it. I invite the owners to respond to this review, but I don't think they will because they know everything I've said is true.

If i could put a negative rating i would. They are a extremely unprofessional service. Four maids showed up at my house with the attitude that was unacceptable, they refused to get down on the floor to scrub off dirt, they said its not part of there policy and it would take too much time( ?!?!) This was a move in-out cleaning, what did they think they would havta do after construction?!?!? After they mopped i went over the floor with a bounty and it was still black. They claimed they cleaned the closet but it was still dusty after they finished.. According to there policy they only clean windows from the inside apparently they don't know you can clean the outside from inside the house you just click it open!. Please explain why when i hire a company to clean do i havta reclean after them.. I don't need a company to mop my floor i can do that myself i called a company to make my house shine.....
