They started out doing a good job, but quality continued to decline over time. We would get different crews all the time, so no consistency in service due to the changing personnel. They sent one person for 2 hours and tried to charge me for 2 people for 2 hours on one occasion - so they have to keep better track of how they bill or better track of what their people are actually doing. The price is high overall and it is now going up another $7 an hour so it's $42 an hour per person. For that price I expect much better service and better interaction with the office. Scheduling was not consistent, sometimes they would show up hours later than scheduled and also messed up on a reschedule - they can't seem to run their calendar properly.

They were Great! They just left and they were so pleasant and knowledgeable! Fixed the gutters and showed me how to keep the water away from the house. Truly excellent!

We recently had a deep clean of our home after moving in. Bill's team did an excellent job! Every corner from top to bottom was sparkling. We plan to use their services on a regular basis. Also, Bill has been great about working with us on special requests we have for our home. We highly recommend Shore Clean!

Very pleased with Shore Clean and the owner, Bill. It was extremely easy to book an appointment, and they had availability before almost all of the other places I called (which were at least a month out and some required an estimate visit before the actual clean). After calling the office and sharing information about the property we received a quote directly from Bill a few hours later. He was very responsive via e-mail and text, which made booking very easy! His team arrived on time on the scheduled date and did a fabulous job! Everything was cleaned to satisfaction and we couldn't have been happier. This is a long over due review as Shore Clean LLC has been fabulously cleaning Shore Vineyard Church for several years. Owners Bill and Ali Maciunski are hands on and not only take the time to find out your specific needs but also follow up regularly to make sure we are pleased with the job, always ask if there are any changes or new needs they can help with. In addition to doing commercial cleaning, I have personally hired Shore Clean for my home and have nothing but raves for both. If you are looking for a professional company to clean your business or home and anything in between, I would absolutely recommend Shore Clean for the job

Shore Clean, its owners and employees are top notch. They are bonded and insured. The two employees that came to my home were polite, neat and did an amazing job. When I called to inquire about pricing and availability the call was answered by one of the owners. Once the price was established and appointment was scheduled the employees arrived early on the date promised. I do not recommend everyone I deal with but I highly recommend Shore Clean and I will use their services again.

Terrible and over priced 35$ an hour and they pay there employees 9$ !!!!!° I felt horrible and the owner was throwing around jesus while mistreating and over charging!!
