Servpro if Edison is an excellent restoration company. They arrive on time, explain the job in detail and follow through with everything they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a water damage, fire damage or mold remediation need.

Called Servpro of Edison to get an estimate on mold damage at one of our 36 properties. Someone came out within a few days, everything was good. It took them one week to send me the estimate, and they sent it in just an email saying we can do the job for $???. Than I asked to put it on a letter head, it took another 4-5 days. They put me so behind scheduale. I called another local contractor, he showed up the next day, and sent me a detailed estimate the same night, which actually earned our business, and will be doing the job. So I agree with the first reviewer, it seems like they are too busy for businesses. They rather get insurance work, and ignore the rest. Not satisfied with them period.

We had a house fire in 2019 and Servpro of Edison helped us with the demo and cleanup. They did a great job on the work and were kind and professional while doing so. Those first few days after the fire were a whirlwind of emotions and confusion. They really helped to explain the process and check with us each step of the cleanup process. When you need a super-fast response these are the guys to call. We came in our office Wednesday morning to several inches of water from a pipe that broke overnight. ServPro was on site within 30 minutes to start the clean-up. Their team vacuumed the entire place, and had us dried out within days. What could have been a really expensive situation was minimized because of their expert service. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.

When a pipe bursts and your closet and bedroom is soaked you want immediate help and that is what we got from ServPro. I called at 9:45 am and they arrived 30 minutes later with two terrific guys. Within 30 minutes I had multiple fans and dehumidifiers running at full throttle. When carpet and padding get wet time is not your friend. They drilled holes in the walls to check for water damage which was very fortunately minor. I saw a couple of other negative reviews but our experience was excellent in every way.

great customer service, quick response time and they do the job quickly and efficiently. I had an inch of water in my basement and within the hour they were there extracting the water, they then set up drying equipment to ensure that no mold grows, great branch to hire for work. rates are also not super pricey compared to other similar companies.

Tried to talk to them to get some advice about how to deal with a property management that was trying to repair water damage on their own in my rented home. Rather than discuss options or how to help, they cut me off mid sentence and pronounced they are not a consultant and hung up on me. Must have plenty of business not to need mine!

We recently moved and our basement flooded. Danny (the owner) and his staff were polite and responded quickly to our call, even though it was later at night. They quickly moved our stuff and began to extract the water. Had they come so quickly and done such a good job, it could’ve been much worse. Can’t recommend them high enough!
