If zero was an option it would be zero. Hands down the worst business experience of my life. I asked for a quote for A/C duct cleaning on a home that is a year and a half old so not a major job. Quote was provided and agreeed upon, even though they were quite a bit more I still chose them due to the detail of there work. Day of service they have 2 workers come in and count my vents and then tell me they have to remove the insulation and cut a hole into the main duct near the unit. THIS WAS NEVER mentioned that the work required was this invasive, again this is a fairly new home. Back and forth with them asking a simple question, “If you mess up the work since you are not a HCAC company, will you guarantee the insulation or duct will be replaced?”....there response: uh huh huh uh we never mess up the work we guaranteed our stuff for 2 years” (yes thank you for guaranteeing a cleaning for 2 years, huge help!) not exactly a confidence boost, they then decline to the work because I called them out on there lack of expertise in regards to this and if a mistake is made it is an extremely costly one. If you feel like getting ripped off and having guys that have no clue what they are doing work in your home then this Servpro is the one for you!!! The only people that are worth anything are the girls in the office, they are at least very helpful and courteous. As of this post I am still waiting to hear back from John in the office or the owner. Was promised a call yesterday but that never happened. Obvious they could care less about how they treat and lie to there customers. Please go call someone else before these guys.
