I had two of the employees come over and clean my house. They did a good job and I was happy with the look and smell of the house. I hired them for weekly cleaning but did find them to be pricier than a few of the other cleaning services.

Not worth the money! Our church had a pipe burst in the attic and had water come down into the office area. We hired Service Master, we thought, to removed the damaged area and replace it. Apparently they do not do anything but remove the damaged area...but never told us that even when we specifically said that's what we wanted done. They literally came in, removed 4 ceiling tile, cut out some drywall and bagged up installation. After running dehumidifiers for a few days, they cleaned the carpet. I will say, that much of the work was done well but it's only half of the project. They are charging $2,700! In the itemized bill, they charged $73.50 for two hours of labor to move the copier and some paper items down the hall. Way over priced for only half the work that needed done.

A great locally owned company. They were available after hours when I needed them in an emergency. If I were to have a fire or flood again I would definitely recommend them.

Within hours of our home being flooded due to a ruptured radiator water pipe the SERVICEMASTER by COMPLETE team arrived with a full crew, 2 trucks and all required material and equipment. Following a full examination and assessment by owner Bill and crew chief Tony, the team quickly sealed off all the affected rooms / areas, removed all the standing water and wet debris, tested and confirmed that the remaining walls, ceilings and floors were ok and began a full dehumidifying and drying process. They worked for the better parts of two days until the job was done. They were receptive to our concerns and mindful of all of our property and belongings. At all times the entire crew demonstrated a prompt, professional and caring ability. Never having flood damage in our home such as this before, we were more than pleasantly surprised by the ServiceMaster by COMPLETE crews' efficiency and expertise. Our home was now secure and livable while we awaited the insurance company adjusters. Many thanks to Bill, Tony and all the SERVICEMASTER by COMPLETE staffers on a job that was VERY, VERY well done. I had recently had a flood. It was pretty bad. My house was in complete disarray. I wasn't sure what to do. My first reaction was to go to the internet and call the first person I seen. It just so happens it was service master. They arrived at my home within 30 minutes and by the end of the day I felt a sense of relief. They are amazing. Thank you guys so much.

The two gentlemen who showed up to clean our mother's long-neglected home were hard-working, conscientious, and sweet! Also funny! Had us laughing through what could've been a difficult time for our family. They were reasonably priced as well.

Had a flood and I was a nervous wreck. Service Master came in and truly put me at ease. Scott the manager arrived at my home within a timely manner and handled not only the water but my personal items as well, he ensured the items were safe as if they were his own. They were able to save items that were sentimental to me as I thought I had lost them completely. Their team was absolutely amazing and I could not ask for a better company to assist me in a time of complete disarray. After the flood they handled the repairs to my home and it was seamless in the process.

Long overdue review! Great company during the flood that hit Mount Joy. We had extensive finished basement damage. They were there the day after and came every day for almost a week to help clean up and dry out. I never saw such hard working people .. it was backbreaking and hot outside but they were AMAZING. I HIGHLY recommend them!
