I am the Principal Custodial Supervisor on the night shift, at the University of California at Santa Cruz, and was directed to ServiceMaster TBS for information regarding Level 1 certification training for my custodial staff that works in the Student Health Center on our campus. I was connected to the voicemail of Frank Talarico, to leave a message for assistance. Frank called me back within 30 minutes, and was so helpful in directing me to another source for training, which has Train the Trainer classes/training's. It is not very often you meet someone that extends themselves out, and goes over and beyond. He apologized that the company was not able to provide the training to us, but we are truly appreciative for his guidance, and patience, in directing me where I needed to go. You rock Frank, and ServiceMaster should be very proud of the high quality customer service you provide for the company, and to the general public. Thank you so much!

This is the 4th time I have used Service Master and I am always beyond satisfied with their services. Grabbing stains that I thought were hopeless and my hardwood floors look almost brand new again. I have a granite kitchen floor which is unusually hard to shine however it sparkles after they are finished. They are always on time and respectful of my property. There prices are considerably lower than other services I have researched. I highly recommend Service Master for all of your jobs!

I had an impossible situation at my brand new home on my garage floor. The garage floor epoxy paint I used never cured and I had sludge on the floor for weeks. I called many companies and no one would even come look at it, let alone help me. When I contacted Service Master, I was surprised at the interest they took in my problem. Frank came out and assessed the situation. He seemed to view it as a challenge and put my wife and I at ease with his “can do” attitude. He and his crew came back and proceeded with his game plan to remove the sticky sludge from the floor. We finally have our garage back thanks to Service Master.
