Absolutely the worst experience ever!! Do yourself a favor and not use them and save yourself the headache! We set up service for $600 and change for a month service which included 1 deep clean after one cleaning got charged an additional $500 and change. $1100 for 2 subpar cleans for a house of 3000 square ft. Who pays that?? Then apparently now they lock you into a contract that they say you cancel anytime but apparently is not true! Trust me save yourself the headache this company! Now we have to take them to small claims court.

The owners, Cecilia and Blake, turned the house I had cleaned from an absolute dump that hadn’t been cleaned in years, into a livable, warm, comfortable, clean environment. I am in awe. As a business owner this is the kind of service you want to shout at the top of a mountain about and tell the world. Above and beyond, great! I needed a place cleaned last minute and they were completely booked. I spoke with Cecilia who jumped through hoops to figure out how to get me taken care of (and I am not easy to deal with). The place was a rental for a couple of my employees and oh man was it a mess. They figured out how to squeeze me in and and then went to work! The before and after photos were UNBELIEVABLE. I am talking phenomenal. It looked like a completely different place. The service was outstanding but for me what sealed the deal for them as a business and company I will not only use again and again but recommend to everyone is the way they took care of me and followed up throughout. I love how my house looks after the team from Rosie Cleans comes for a visit!!! I’ve been working with Rosie Cleans for almost a year now and I only have great things to say! All of their team members have always been friendly and professional! I appreciate how they ask me questions each visit about how I would prefer things to be cleaned and if there is anything new or special they should know about when cleaning. I have also witnessed the team moving some of my heavier furniture, so that the area underneath and behind could be properly cleaned! You can’t go wrong with Rosie Cleans!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is that if more people know about them, it might be harder for me to get the days/times I prefer as they will be even more in demand. :). However, I’m on a monthly plan and I really appreciate that cleanings are made for me and then all I have to do is confirm the day and time. I literally don’t even have to take the time to schedule. Rosie Cleans is THE BEST! Thanks Rosie Cleans for keeping our home clean!!!

We used Rosie for the first time for a move in cleaning after a kitchen remodel and we have no regrets. They were prompt and the main office is Very responsive if there are any issues. We were so busy with work, kids and packing that we barely had time to open the door for the Rosie Team. As soon as they arrived they went to work making our house a home. I found Rosie Cleans by searching on Google and I am so glad I did! Their website is very customizable and can be altered to your specific cleaning needs. For me specifically, I needed help with the dust and pet hair. Both of the ladies who cleaned my apartment were amazing! My apartment looks brand new and they really paid attention to detail.
