I waited a few days before posting this review so that I could assess the company accurately. From start to finish, Brock and his carpet cleaning company were top notch- to begin, my request to clean master bedroom carpet and two other areas was handled efficiently and professionally. The price was as quoted on phone, very reasonable and I was pleased to see coffee stains lifted quickly, and the carpet was not soaked with water but rather damp- and dried in an hour. Brock was in and out of my house with no problem, no big clumsy machines, and no fuss. I will definitely use Oxymagic again:)

Brock responded to my quote inquiry very quickly and was able to make time for us in his schedule on a Sunday! Brock was friendly and made quick work of the carpet throughout our home and went above and beyond! He even shared some suggestions for prolonging the life of our carpets. Next time we need a professional we'll be calling back!

After the padding had been removed and replaced and the carpet re-laid, I asked Oxymagic to come and give it a thorough cleaning and refreshment. I wish I could give these guys 6 stars! First, they called me back same day (I'm still waiting for a couple of painters to call me back weeks later!), gave me a pretty quick appointment, showed up on time and did a fantastic cleaning job. Carpets look and smell great and were dry very quickly. I also had the tile floor in the kitchen cleaned. Eric really took his time and went the extra mile to get the years of grime and stain out of the grout that I'm guessing was never sealed. Great customer service...check! Friendly and reliable...check! Clean carpet and tile...check! Highly recommended.

This is my second time using Oxymagic, I can definitely say it confirms that the first time was no one off! Again the carpet looked like new despite my dogs best efforts. Their process is more natural so I don't worry about my animals or children walking on it, and it dried quickly. The second go round I got more of an appreciation for their customer service. After I identified myself they had my address, exactly what I had done last year, and looked to offer me any available deals. When the time comes it will be Oxymagic again, no question!

I really loved Oxymagic, the scheduling was easy, they were on time, the carpeting was dry within the hour. And I could see what was cleaned up. I'd used another service in the past with wet results for a couple of days. Use Oxymagic! I recommended them to my daughter and son-in-law and they used them while preparing for a new baby! An Oxymagic technician came to our house and honestly assessed our carpets that have worn through two small children, two cats, and a dog. He helped moved furniture and toys to make sure everything was cleaned. He answered my questions on how to maintain our carpets. The carpets looked amazing, didn't smell, and dried very quickly. The associate from Oxymagic was on time. He cleaned the entire basement within 40 minutes. It looks like a new carpet. He warned me up front about 2 spots that he did not think would come 100% clean. They were paint stains. He said we would concentrate on those spots, and he did. Anyway - the carpet is way better. Other than the 2 spots, it's like getting a new carpet. We got a throw rug for the bad spots, and all is great. I can get anther 3-5 years out of this. Thanks Oxy!
