I have to say, this company and their employees are fantastic. I’ve had my business for over 50 years and they convinced me to outsource the cleaning and it was the best decision I’ve made! Not sure what everyone else on here is talking about but OpenWorks has a great follow up process and they’re very involved in the process. Never thought I’d be receiving this kind of care for janitorial. They’re responsive to my needs and the cleaning crew is very professional. Steffani and Christina are great to work with as I dealt with them in the beginning. Great company, I recommend. 5 stars!

Honestly this a scam. They take your money and don’t provide the connections that were promised. They don’t pay you and then charge ridicule fees on top of that. If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Please don’t work with them and allow them to scam you.

I am a franchisee with OpenWorks. Our pay is consistently incorrect and have to fight for our pay. If you're looking to sign with OpenWorks as a franchisee, don't do it .

Worst cleaning company out there. We hired OpenWorks to clean our facility and it was the worst decision we have ever made. They use a franchise model so they sell franchises to anybody who has money but obviously don't train them on how to properly clean. Also, they failed to correct any issues/complaints. Do not buy into their nice talk because they will never be able to live up to it. Save yourself the trouble!!
