We just bought our home and it turns out our ducts had NEVER been cleaned. I have allergy asthma so this is especially important to me. It also turned out we needed the blower in our furnace cleaned. Benjamin spent about 5 hours here. He was very thorough, informative and attentive. The amount of dust, etc that was cleaned out was extraordinary. I can't say enough good things and I don't think I've ever been this excited about clean air ducts. Exceptional service. I highly recommend.

Very kind and courteous person. Vincent came to perform the cleaning. He explained me everything before starting. He went over the procedure and took his time to perform the work. he even cleaned my dryer duct without any cost as it was not the whole cleaning but removing the screen. He made efforts to take the window door out and put it back. He have me tips to tape my duct to save air losses. He cleaned the basement after the services for any dirt. I will highly recommend #1 cleaners.

Left the interior of the house dusty. Very sloppy job. I went for this company based on the reviews (especially because I had a newborn baby) and I was disappointed. I had warned them of a newborn baby in the house but the owner said that would not be a problem. Just a careless and sloppy job. There was a layer of dust everywhere (baby's crib, kitchenware, utensils, bed, toys, furniture, every surface top imaginable). Service guy was covered in dust as well but he just brushed it off him inside the house. I had called the owner a week later to complain and was promised a portion of the money back but have not received as of yet (3 months later).

I would highly recommend No. 1 cleaners. I just purchased my home and my air ducts were never cleaned by the previous owners. Vincent arrived on time, explained everything in full detail and got to work. Vincent did such a great job and spent extra time due to the extent of the neglected air ducts. He also cleaned my dryer vent, which was not properly installed. He reinstalled the vent and made sure everything was properly secured and cleaned. I have already recommended them to family and friends!

We just moved into our house and I noticed the hvac was blowing a musty smell. I called the company and services were provided the next day. Benjamin did a thorough check of both my units, very knowledgeable and corrected the issue. Now I dont have that musty odor blowing from my vents. Very professional fast and reasonably priced. Our very first experience was not so good with the company, but after talking with them, on their second visit they explained everything in detail, and made great job. I will recommend No 1 Cleaners to anyone who needs duct cleaning, they are quite professional and listening to their customers. After moving into to another home and having continuous problems with different contractors, I am un-trusting and especially of one I have never used before. Well I am delighted to say it was a pleasure to use #1 Duct cleaners, on time to clean my 20 foot long dry duct, fast and complete service. Also explained how to keep my ducts clean and what dangers to look for to prevent fire and release of harmful exhaust fumes. Their equiptment is designed to suck out the dust and dirt therefore nothing is blow into your home. David worked from outside my home. I highly recommend their services

After reading a number of online reviews, I was hoping for a good service, but my expectations were by far exceeded by the highly courteous and professional job done by Vincent and his colleague (Bill?). Every step has been explained in advance in great detail (at times even with images taken by Vincent cell phone) and full consideration was taken as not to disturb the household while completing the job. The location of our second (upstairs) furnace in a small closet made it impossible to service that floor, and as I began to despair, Vincent with the help of his mate made it possible by climbing into a small attic story. NOT AN EASY TASK! I look forward to grounding my dust cloth for a long time! FIVE PLUS STARS!

Benjamin Maitre was the technician that came and he was extremely thorough and professional. He walked me through everything that he was doing and was able to repair items that were contributing to poor air flow on the second floor of my home.
