My husband and I hired NJ Cleaning Service over a year ago and we have been nothing but satisfied with them. Marta is very professional and communicates with us a few days prior to each cleaning as a reminder that they are coming. As far as her staff is concerned, I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. We haven’t had anyone come to our house who we have not been happy with. They are friendly, personable and just overall so kind and of course they leave our house sparkling every time.

Consistently, they respond that this is the best gift that they could possibly ever get. That statement sums up everything I feel about this excellent company. Completely unprofessional!!! Spoke to a woman Marta to make consultation appt. for cleaning service of my home. She reassured me they had crew to handle 4000sq ft. Upon arrival to my home I took her up and down 3 flights of stairs (I’m 9.5 months pregnant) she asked how often I needed cleanings and said she with be in touch with her quote after the weekend. She never called. When I reached out a few days after that she said she “was driving” and would call right back. Well she never did. Not even to let me know it was too much work for them. Do not hire these ppl if you expect professionalism and follow through

I have had several cleaning companies n cleaning professionals over the years and this company is by far the best I have ever had. Very nice to work with, accommodating and professional. The team always left my house sparking clean. They are not afraid to clean even when house is cluttered (I have kids n dogs.) I cannot say enough nice things.

Had a flood in my house and had a company come and do clean up and demo of damage they did not protect or cover anything, after construction was done I was looking for a company to come and clean all the dust in the house New Jersey Cleaning Services came in and exceeded my expectations the house never looked cleaner the ladies did an excellent job Thank you New Jersey Cleaning Services PS. We are now using them every two week for Cleaning

Marta and her team did a fantastic job cleaning my townhouse right before my move-in. The house looked like new. Marta also provided me pictures of a few stains that could not be cleaned. I really appreciated having that pointed out to me. They also have a smooth and efficient process.

Found them on the web had a rental property that the tenants left dirty and needing a deep clean... Marta was a few minutes early for our walk through (always a good sign). She was very professional and we outlined the project. She stated she would have a quote to me within 30 minutes and she delivered. I had 2 other services scheduled to quote as well... I explained that to her and i would let her know. I contacted her after business hours and she got me on the schedule for the next day wow! The three cleaners arrived a few minutes early in the mist of the storm we had today amazing.... They all jumped into action and worked on the project in an organized manner... the results were amazing and i am completely satisfied with the outcome. The rates are in line with the industry and the workers were professional courteous and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning company and will absolutely use them going forward.

I was able to joke with them and (unless the regular crew was on vacation) had the same lead woman for 2 years. There were a few times when I had to point out a few things specifically, but they were more than happy to take care of it. I always had them change my sheets as well. They are happy to use whatever products you would like, or they can provide their own. The owner, Marta, always texted me to confirm the appointment and let me know what time they would be there (it fluctuated sometimes). They not only took my garbage out, but also took out all of my recycling too. I'm sorry to not be able to use them anymore (I'm relocating), but I really can't say enough about this team!
