Worst experience!!!! This people doesn’t even know how to talk to their client. I was talking to Charlie from Molly Maid just 15 minutes back. I called them very first time to make an appointment to clean my house. I asked him about negotiating price and he provided me another cleaning service number.

I have been using this Molly Maid for about 1 1/2 years now. I have the same team of 2 ladies that come to me once a month. They do an outstanding and thorough job everytime. It is a pleasure to come home to a perfectly cleaned apartment that also always smells so fresh. They are completely trustworthy as I leave them to do their work and not be in their way. I have left jewelry out in plain sight and it has never been touched. The owner, Charlie, is very accommodating and is always willing to change an appointment date when asked. This continues to be a wonderful experience that has far exceeded my expectations.

This was my first experience with them, and I made an appointment for a "deep clean" in advance of an open house. The owner, whom I made the appointment with, was very thorough and patiently answered my questions. Two women came and they did an outstanding job in a very reasonable amount of time. They covered every nook and cranny! They ensured I was satisfied before they left. Highly recommend!
