The secretary is a very arrogant person very unprofessional. Doesn't even know how to answer a call. I only wanted an estimate for my house, and the service of team#1 the name of the person is María, but all she answered with was with arragance. Would not recommend this company for their from the Office, could not imagine from the employees.

We have been the happiest in all the years of having our home cleaned since Molly Maid of East Hanover introduced us to Jessie and her team. Jessie takes her job of providing the best service seriously She is an excellent supervisor, seems to have a good rapport with her staff and is friendly and helpful. Horrible customer service, I called to get a quote for weekly cleaning and the receptionist was very rude and nasty. First all, I couldn’t understand her due to her heavy english accent (not judging her) it’s that i asked her to please repeat again but slowly so i can understand what she was saying. I guess she got upset and started being very rude with me. I asked to speak with the manager or the owner but she told me she runs the office. I was surprised in how she handled this situation and her responses. I told her i have a big house over 3500 sq ft and I’m right in town. I guess they don’t care about new customer or customers in general. I don’t recommend this place at all. Although someone did recommend me because they group that cleans their house is very good (i think one of the girls name is Maria or Marie ) but if they want more business to come in they need to train the receptionist. Took my business somewhere else :) where I’m treated with respect.
