No longer impressed. They wow you at first but as time goes on, that quickly fades. My usual team (team 7) does an OK job. They rush to do whatever they can within an hour and a half and then they are out. No attention to detail. But my biggest issue was my recent cleanings with 2 different teams. The first substitute team used some sort of cleaner or dirty rag that left a cloudy residue on all my mirrors and glass in my 3 bathrooms. Then as soon as they left and I walked in the kitchen, I noticed with the way the sun was shining on my kitchen floor that there was a large dirty spot. I ran outside to catch them to ask if they mopped and the lady assured me they did. When I came back inside and examined the floors closer, I realized they didn’t mop it at all! Lady lied to my face which made me angry. The second substitute team that I just had seemed to have done a great job. It wasn’t until later that night when I went into my master bathroom and noticed residue all over my shower door handle. I cleaned it off and realized that the chrome handle was completely scratched. I then noticed some more residue on the chrome fixtures inside and cleaner residue all over the wall. I proceeded to inspect the entire bathroom and found whatever cleaner they used, that had a very strong bleach smell that’s still lingering 2 days later, ate away at some of the chrome and whatever pad or rag they used scratched some other chrome fixtures and a mirror inside the shower. In addition, my daughter just noticed one of her favorite snow globes is missing from her collection. Although I have no definite evidence one of the cleaners took it, there is no other answer as to where it could’ve disappeared to.

I am no longer going to work with Molly Maid. My first service was great the cleaning professionals were on-time and very good. However my last experience with the company was very negative. I was scheduled for an appointment and no one showed up and when I called the office they reported my appointment was rescheduled of later in the week. The cleaning professionals did not arrive during their scheduled time and I was not notified they would be late. I had to call the office to find out what was wrong. I was assured the cleaners would arrive in 15 minutes and they did not arrive and they did not arrive.

As two working professionals we needed to go for it... We had our first cleaning today. Team #6 did a fantastic job! We keep finding new things they cleaned. Toaster oven - clean, new sheets on bed - done, garbage cans in bathrooms- empty... Their attention to detail is fantastic. Overall owner, scheduling, and team 6 cleaners are fantastic. What ever you do DO NOT use Molly maid for ANY of your cleaning services . I have a 450sq ft studio apartment that needed a move out cleaning the apartment was only occupied for 6 months. I got a quote for $87 an hour for 2 people they told me it should only take an hour. That night I looked at my credit card balance and they charged me $90 once and an additional $220. Which is absolutely insane. They said they can only refund me the $90. She kept saying they cleaned your cabinets your bathrooms, windows and vacuumed. Mind you the house has 4 windows , 2 kitchen cabinets and a very tiny bathroom not only that I WAS THERE . They told me they would be there between 2 and 4 they showed up at 10:30am. They took 45 minutes to decide where they were gonna start In this very tiny apartment At the time I did not think much about being charged for that time. I told them “I’m gonna go shopping quick I’ll be right back please don’t lock the doors I don’t have a key”. Came back an hour later doors were locked and they were gone.... When calling their manager I kept asking “well what took so long to clean” I not once got an answer she kept saying her “ girls” said there was build up. I’m completely appalled by the service they provided. I wish I could have done this myself but being 8 months pregnant it is not an easy task for me, now I’m wishing I would have just done it myself ... UPDATE FORGOT TO MENTION I HAD TO HIRE A RUG CLEANING SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DID SUCH A POOR JOB

It is hard work and it is honest work. But they are cheerful and positive. The team of Evelyn A (#8) are particularly sweet; I sometimes hear them singing and humming while scrubbing toilets. They leave the house spot clean, and shout a cheerful GOODBYE. I would love to have Evelyn back. I had her a few years ago but she was moved to other time slots and I miss her. Five stars for Molly Maids. Please also remember that this is a non-profit organization that is established to create jobs and a community for women, and to protect women from domestic violence.

Hi, I just had Sandra and Alicia - team #11in my home today. They were absolutely outstanding. Everytime I walk into a room I feel like Im on vacation in a hotel. They were so amazing, worked so hard to get my home clean. I just had surgery and I am unable to walk around let alone clean the house. I am loathe to mention it, but for the second time in two months my entire upstairs reeks of excessive amounts of bleach used in the bathroom. My eyes are watering and I have a sore throat, and I've had to open all of the windows on a 35 degree day. The house is very clean and they did a nice job otherwise, but I'll probably be calling the office in the next few days and requesting that this team not be assigned to me again.

We opted to do a one time deep cleaning (which is required before doing the weekly/bimonthly/monthly cleanings). Maribel and Yoly arrived during the 2 hour timeframe given and got right to work. They did a great job, getting the spots we wouldn't think of, like the top of trim and ceiling fan blades. We were very happy with the results. We signed up for the bimonthly cleaning service and are looking forward to not wasting our days off scrubbing toilets and tubs.
