I signed up for 24 cleanings (biweekly). They did the 1st one okay and maybe two other cleanings were good. Every time I have to call them. I even made a detailed check list, but they do not pay attention - checking off things that obviously aren't done. They assured me that if I wasn't happy they would come back to take care of what they missed but that has never happened. The floors never look mopped, the scounces' are never wiped, my ceiling fan hardly gets cleaned. When you call to complain they say they will make a note on your file and it will get cleaned the next visit - why am I paying for it than? Save your money and the hassle use someone else.
Service from MM in Pitman has always been a pleasure! Someone mentioned everyone has at least 4 weeks of training and it shows. Everything has been fanominal. Doesn't matter if it is my regular girl or anyone else. They are fantastic!
Great Professional cleanings and fantastic customer service.
Out of respect, mainly for myself but also for Merry Maids (the Golden Rule), I will not go into the minute details of my cancelled cleaning contract. However, it is my opinion as an educator and customer that those who are not willing to learn aren't willing to grow - both individually or industrially. I cannot continue to invest in a business that does not receive critique well and takes offense at receiving it - even when presented in the most respectable way possible. Enough said.

If I could give zero stars I would! Bernadette you were wrong for your roll, you created this! And cynthia, I wish that I could've recorded our conversation but not a problem! Your opinion was that Merry Maids was not for me? Not only did you make the statement more than once, how dare you cancel my appointment that I've been waiting for in February and my contract as well. I had a very good experience with Merry Maids in Philadelphia and wish that I could've scheduled from that branch because you honey, I believe in bad karma and it will catch up with you simple for the treatment I received from you! Now since you felt the need to cancel my contract because Merry Maids in your opinion is not for me, I want my deposit refunded back to me! Other companies don't even require a deposit! I'm waiting for the owner Austin Schneeweis to contact me. In the mean time Bernadette and cynthia I want my DEPOSIT! Notice the lower case in your name cynthia, that's only a little of how I feel about you and I will let everyone know about this branch! I've already taken my business to another cleaning company that was nothing but kind generous and very accommodating!

November 23th Cindy, I love to give positive reviews, however we are very disappointed with the young lady that was sent to clean our house on Monday, November 23rd 2015. Our special attention rooms were My Son's room and the Bathroom. Well....all she did in my son's room is made the bed and pushed all items on floor into one pile. It didn't look like things were moved and dusted (which is my understanding on a special attention room) Without expressing my disappointment to my son...he said to me...mom....my stuff (shoes) were all lined up and now they are in one big pile. I didn't see her take a step stool in to clean the ceiling fan, when she had was in Kitchen starting to wipe down counters...I asked if my sons room was done and she said....no I just have vacuum. Bathroom....mirror was all smudged/cloudy....and the ledge on the back of the sink still have dust/dirt on it. Kitchen - wipe all the counters, microwave with the same cloth and not once did she use a spray cleaner or new rag or rinse out rag. This would account for the smudgy/cloudy coating in side the microwave. I do understand that they only wipe around things on counters....however....around the toaster over and coffee maker...you could still see the dirt/film. Trash can - Bag was removed...but no new bag was put in the can, recycle bag was full and not taken out and/or emptied. Living room....well I don't really know what she did in there, expect she asked me if they use Murphy's something on the floor and I said I don't know what they spray. She didn't vacuum or swift living room floor before she started to spray something on it and wiped. She used the same thing to wipe the kitchen floor and after she left... all our shoes were sticking, and making a noise that day and the next. We have been very fortunate to have had Christy for the 1st year of service with Merry Maids. She has provided the cleaning service that we expect. I understand that Christy needs a day off...but we still expect the same quality of service. As I stated on the phone.... getting the bill with the increase took me by surprise. I really thought that it would be discussed and I would be informed when it would start. Just in general...I feel it should of been presented better, but if that is how you do it...than so be it. I do have pictures of how the trash can and recycle bag was left, and I don't think the picture of the microwave will reflect the film/cloudy look. and a couple parts of the kitchen floor where she missed and where my vent guards where just push to the wall. My husband asked me if I was going to address these issues with you (he is not as forgiven as me), I told him yes and his exact words were "the service we received has been great up until this point, we expect what we have been use to with Christy or we will need to find another service. I have had this service for a few years. The girls always do a great job and leave my house smelling clean and fresh. The office staff is always friendly and professional. They work with me whenever I have an issue with my schedule. It is definitely worth the money to have Merry Maids clean my house.

The ladies come promptly. Once I commented on the mirrors being blurry and looking like they were smeared and the next week they used a different cleaner and the mirrors were then as shiny as they should be.
