Disappointing. The trash is not emptied in the kitchen or bathroom (part of the 49 point checklist) and it is not clear that the downstairs bathroom has been cleaned. It is especially disappointing when I see the excellent service others receive. Last month the tiles in the bathroom were not scrubbed.

I have used MaidPro for several years now. The reminders prior to service and the follow up to the service afterwards is amazing--what company takes the time before and after to confirm your happiness with services provided? The people that work for the company are very trustworthy and honest too. A clean home, makes for a happy family for sure! Lastly, I never have to worry that my cleaning person isn't showing up with MaidPro, as they have dedicated employees to do the job. Thank you MaidPro!

The initial cleaning was top notch and hit all 49-points on the checklist. Since then it's been fairly disappointing. I'm not sure if they even use actually cleaning supplies to clean the exteriors of the appliances. There are consistently water streaks over them and a greasy residue. The shower and tub tiles consistently are streaked and the fixtures are never wiped. They left a bag of trash on my porch and squirrels or cats tore it up and it was strewn all over. They left gross and stinking wet rags on the floor again it speaks to if they use cleaning supplies. Even after speaking with the manager (Rose) I saw no significant improvements.

I was a first-time customer of MaidPro just last week. I had scheduled my first deep clean on Monday. I had wanted them to come Thursday or Friday, but they weren't able to make it, which was unfortunate because I had a birthday party being hosted at my house on Saturday that I would have preferred the apartment be ready for. Instead, I spent the night before doing a deep clean of my apartment myself, leaving a few things untouched so that I didn't feel like I would waste my entire deep clean (which costs slightly over $100, mind you) When they first came out, I immediately noticed areas completely missed. Multiple items on the 49 point checklist were checked off as being done but weren't at all. The level of detail wasn't there, and I noticed that beside the straightening, vacuuming, and moping, all of the "clean" areas were because of what I did over the weekend. Things I purposefully left for them weren't completed. I called and provided feedback, and they were kind enough to send two people out the next day to fix it. I happened to be WFH that day and let them do their job, not interfering and mostly curious what they would do. Although most of the problems were resolved the second time, they still failed to do a handful of things checked off on their list. For example, there was still obvious dirt/residue on counters. The stove top wasn't wiped. The hood vent not dusted. In the corners of the kitchen floor there was still dirty areas. The kitchen table was not wiped. The furniture was not vacuumed. This is all the basics of their checklist. I'm so disappointed by their level of detail, even when they sent out "their best" to fix the mistakes. Their overall clean isn't bad, but if you're looking for accuracy, this may not be your best bet. Best to use this service for what they do best - floors and straightening.

MaidPro has been servicing our home for the past 6 months and is by far the best service we have had. In the past we have tried private vendors, other national companies, and locally owned franchises. Virtually all of them started strong for the first month or two, and then quality drops, staff changes, punctuality, and detail starts to fail. This has not been the case with MaidPro, and there is always contact before and after the cleaning services. I am confident that if we encounter any issues, the professional staff and management will be right on top of it to make it right. We have had our home professionally cleaned for 15 years, and these are the best so far. Their efficiency, pricing, quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and overall courtesy make them the standard by which to judge all the others.

Sorry I called them - My initial cleaning with them, which was a few months back was good. However today, I got a message saying that they had to stop an hour into cleaning because of bees flying around (I didn't notice that and had left a 1/2 before they came, but then again I had just opened my window) and some clutter in the home (which was way over exaggerated and was no different then from the time when I had the initial cleaning months ago). I personally think that they just didn't feel like doing the job (the cleaning lady was sitting out in her car quite some time talking before she came in). I was also surprised at the lack of progress in cleaning that TWO maids in my home had completed in an hour where as the ONE which they sent to my home last time did much work and was more efficient. It's been two days since the maids were at my home and I haven't seen any bees not even one. They also charged my card before the services were complete, waiting to hear from them to see when they will refund me 3 hours of the cleaning. Will never use them again.
