I don’t know what more to say than this was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home services company. I contacted the team at I Do Windows inquiring about gutter cleaning services. They responded quickly and even though they didn’t have their schedule in front of them at the time of the initial response back - T.J. informed me that he would reach back out once he was. This makes a huge difference in new client acquisition...prompt response! He then delivered on the expectations he set and contacted me back with some potential dates that worked for them - he gave us options, communicated rates and ultimately had an opening for the next day (not typical). They communicated about the timeframe they would be arriving and showed up promptly in that window. He explained everything, cleaned our gutters in a timely manner and gave us some advice for future cleanings and care. I would recommend the team at I Do Windows 100% if asked and look forward to working with them again for not only our gutters. Good home services companies are hard to come by and these guys absolutely hit the mark!

Tom and his son TJ did a phenomenal job cleaning a combination of windows, skylights, and screens that had been neglected for years. They were friendly, clean, and respectful while they were in the house, and they were both a pleasure to talk to. And a bonus: they both pointed out seal issues on some of my windows. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service that I received. I'll definitely be using I Do Windows again in the future!
