This is the first time we have ever hired a cleaning service. We were moving and hired DB Cleaning Services to clean our new home from top to bottom before we moved in. I requested the option of using green products. The recommendation for using DB was the superior reviews and rewards from Angie's List. The crew arrived promptly and walked through the house with us. Our crew of 4 - Decio, Eliana, Helida, & Meiriane, were happy and eager to please. Our 5 bedroom, 2000 sf house was cleaned in 4.5 hours - including the inside window panes! Decio walked through the house with us afterwards and even provided before and after photographs for particularly challenging areas that were cleaned to perfection. The crew stays until you investigate and approve of the work completed. If for any reason you do not approve, they will clean what is necessary to your satisfaction. We were DELIGHTED! DB Cleaning Services runs their company the way I would run a company - customer satisfaction is their priority. We would definitely recommend DB to our family and friends.

They are amazing and I've been with them over a year. My experience is far different with DB than any cleaner I have had. I'm amazed each time I notice some of the things they clean. My window sills, my trash can, my bed looks like a hotel made bed.... I can't even list all of the extra special things they do to make your house look pristine! I have recommended them over and over!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! July 14th 2018. We hired DB for a deep cleaning. We left them in the house to do their thing. When we got back..... Back door unlocked w/ screen door wide open. Heat turned all the way up Air Conditioners turned all the way up. And that’s not the worst part. The worst part was their UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE. When I called to tell them of how they left our house open to robbers and leaving our heat on at the max for HOURS....the response was..”I’ll have to call the crew to see if this is true” The day after their company called. Offering nothing more than an apology. We had several conversations with DB that went NO WHERE ....empty apologies with no offers to make us whole. Their only offer was to pay the difference in my bills for that day. They said if I got a copy of my bill for that day last year and show the bill for the day this year and send them a copy, they would pay the difference. Classless! Instead of having to deal with them and get about $4 back. We’d rather let you the consumer know to beware of this company. And in the end the cleaning was barely average. Avoid!

The staff and owner were great!! They stand by their word and truly care about doing a thorough job. The owner even recommended they come back the next day to steam the rugs instead of doing them before the HVAC was cleaned. He knew my HVAC was being cleaned after they left and it would have been better for my house for them to steam the rugs after the HVAC cleaner left so he took time after work hours and had someone steam the rug the next day. I would highly recommend their services! All of them were very pleasant. Also, I'm super OCD about cleanliness! Anyone who knows me knows a recommendation from me for this is huge!

They cleaned our company apartment, which has been neglected for a long time. From the very beginning DB was easy to communicate with and gave a fair quote based on pictures of the apartment. They showed up exactly when they said they would and devoted a good part of their day to making sure everything was as clean as it could be. They even went through the closets and got rid of the clutter that has piled up over time from different tenants. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, sending over pictures and asking about certain areas of the apartment. One of the problem areas was the kitchen floor and they left it sparkling. We are so happy with the outcome!

They had a crew of 4 come our for 2 1/2 hours and cleaned the entire place from top to bottom with meticulous attention to detail. I booked a detail home cleaning and I am ultra impressed with the results. Other cleaners/cleaning companies have done an "okay at best" job for me in the past, but nothing that impressed me (mostly leaving my house looking like I cleaned it myself). DB Cleaning Services wowed me. They did what I asked, which was to detail my house and make it absolutely sparkle. No cutting corners, no finding things and areas that were untouched-THEY GOT IT ALL. DB Cleaning Services offers five-star quality. We have been their clients for some time now. The same crew comes each week, they know the house, they are always on time. The cleaning is excellent--furniture and baseboards wiped clean without residual dust, couches and chairs are vacuumed, art work is dusted. So many services clean around furniture--this crew moves everything and cleans underneath. We have never had housekeepers in PHL who cleaned the ashes out of the fireplace or emptied the shredder--it is really the level of service we wanted--it was given without asking. The bathrooms are spotless. Douglas has an extensive knowledge of material in a house and knows what will clean them best and what is safe to use. He trains and oversees his people meticulously. I hired the company for a move-out cleaning. The owner met me in person to check out the property. I had specifically requested wall washing to see if some of the scuffs and marks would come off the walls. I was told that the washing wouldn't get them all off but that many would. The cleaning came and went and received a bill in my email. Then when I returned to the property, I saw that the walls all looked exactly the same. When I called and inquired, they then told me that the paint was coming off when they attempted to wash the walls and so they couldn't do it. So I complained because there was absolutely no communication about this during their cleaning. They apologized and gave me a significant discount. On one hand, their communication was not great and they tried to bill me for >$800 for the job; however they were always extremely professional on the phone and very responsive and helpful on the phone. All the rest of the cleaning job (floors, kitchen, bathrooms) was done well. So overall the job was well done. Just don't try wall washing on flat paint. Maybe if it's a thicker higher gloss paint...

I first used DB cleaning when I moved into my new apartment and asked for a deep clean. They did a fantastic Job. They completely transformed the place, it's amazing what a good deep clean will do to the look. Since then I've been using their services Bi-weekly. I travel a lot and have a very strange schedule and they have been more than accommodating. I highly recommend these services to anyone who wants their apartment or house cleaned by professionals. Usually a team of two or three show up and are able to finish relatively quickly. They even came on thanksgiving, I had 0 expectations for this as I wasn't going to be home for a while, upon return I was surprised. The staff is very nice and understanding and the cleaners do a wonderful job.
