I have been with CleanNet USA for 7 years. I have a Franchise with them. I love the professionalism and the standard the staff of the company holds especially with Tiffany Hernandez and Brian Cohen. They are very nice people and they always help me to fix any issues that I have with my costumers, I know they are always busy with other work but they always find the time to help me out and I am very thankful for everything they’ve done for me. I am happy and glad I chose CleanNet USA.

Empty promises with very conveniently forgetful management... they will promise the world to hopefully lock you into a contract or will sell off your cleaning agreement with them to another contractor or subcontractor as long as they can resell for a profit..DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I worked for this company, they do not pay their workers, Mr. EDREESE TAHIRY is a non professional person he did not pay on time, he exploited me because he did not pay me what he was, and when I told him that no more work with this company he did not want topay for the work money, he had to I pay the money work for parts and after 6 months it does not finish paying me what it owes me, until he gave me a false check, this company no is going to give a good service if it does not pay its workers and treats them badly, tiffany ed's girlfriend and who is a receptionist in this company just called me to shout if a customer complained, I had to work almost all night for 7 days a week cleaning a restaurant for them and invest buying own cleaning products and come with my own car for only 1,000 dollars a month and they did not pay me and until now they owe me. It is a very bad company

It's a scam they lock you in cleaning contracts and make it a pain to cancel . They sub out all work and sell your office cleaning to franchise owners.

Clean Net USA is a complete waste of money. Their ultimate goal is to sign on new franchise holders. In doing so, they need to get rid of franchise holders often in order to start new accounts. Their "quality control" people don't give any consideration to what the the account holder has to say and they don't go to bat for you. They are rip off artists and only care about their bottom line. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!

I have been using Cleannet Cleaning Services in New Jersey for several years now and I've been very happy with them. They do a great job of cleaning, but they also pay attention to any special requests that you might have. You won't be sorry if you hire Cleannet Services!

I am a physician in practice in NJ for 20 years. I hired Clean Net in 2013. The cleaning service was good, until I chose to terminate their services. They make it almost impossible to terminate their "contract", and they constantly change what the agreement says and what they "require" you to do to terminate their services, including demanding to know why, letting you know that you have 30 days, then 60 days, etc. Read your contract before you ever hire this company. They should not be in business due to their shady practices.

CleanNet has been a great experience so far. I love the professionalism and the standard the staff of the company holds. I have never dealt with more friendly and caring people in any other janitorial service I have used in the past. Mr. Ed Tahiry is very thorough, and knew how to explain the services that would be provided. Thus far, I am happy and glad I chose CleanNet USA.

I have been with CleanNet USA for some time now. I met with Ed Tahiry on the initial meeting, gave me all the information needed. Only concern I had was if I had to quit my job. Ed explained most account are night time with Key so I would be able to clean after hours. Month later I decided to invest, Three years later I could not be happier I nearly tripled my MGI, quit my 9 to 5, have 4 employees and have the support I need . After the first year of hard work year by year it becomes easier to manage as long as you stay on top of it.

For the last 5 years I have managed a community and have had various experiences with cleaning professionals. My experience thus far with Clean Net has been positive. The carefully selected a person to clean our facility and have given their staff support and materials to complete the job the correct way. They are systemized and scheduled and I no longer have any guess work as to when something is completed. I also like that there is follow up on the management level. Keep in mind if you are reading this and other reviews not everyone is going to be satisfied with everyone. My practice is to throughly review a company prior to employing them, I did this with Clean-Net it was not a hurried decision, it was well thought out. Thus far we are pleased with the performance.

After having horrible experiences with many other cleaning services I finally found the right one. I was very happy with the service from Cleannet of NJ and Mr. Ed Tahiry was very professional. We had issue with flooding this week they show up on time and do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a cleaning service.

Cleannet of NJ has been cleaning our warehouse in Clifton, NJ for over 5 years. Fair price with quality service. Smooth transition from my old company, what a difference, I have a QA manager that comes in for an inspection every month. Whenever I have a request I can count on Cleannet to get it done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service they provide. Thank you Cleannet!

One of the worst cleaning services I have ever used. I cannot recommend CleanNet and here's why: First off, the cleaner they sent was terrible. Basically, CleanNet sells a Franchise to random buyers, and that's who cleans your location. After a month of two of the cleaner missing various plant locations, I had to take him around a few times until he could find the bathroom he kept missing. For months after that, they barely kept up the work load. They never dusted once, never cleaned any sink or surface. They often missed changing trash liners supplied by us, and didn't perform the work in the contract, however CleanNet will still invoice you even though their people are non-conformant. Even after quality audits, nothing was corrected. Next off, the cleaning screw did not sanitize bathrooms, but left it in a more unsanitary condition than before. - They only vacuumed the floors 2 weeks after a quality audit. - There were mornings I would come in, and there would be blue toilet bowl cleaner streaks in the toilet, but the service did not even know how to use a brush to move in the toilet bowl cleaner. When they could not get the color to change, they started pouring surface cleaner I had bought into the toilet which was a different color. One was toilet bowl cleaner, one was surface bleach, that's how I knew. - Site staff had told me they had caught them one time using the toilet brush, dipped it into the toilet bowl water, and then proceeded to clean the toilet seat with the brush. - Site staff had informed me the cleaning service had gone into the bathroom with a mop and a mop only, closed the door, and the floors and all surfaces were nice and wet afterwards. Now for the contract: - They hold you to giving them 30 days to correct each individual issue. They came out for a quality audit, and it took 30 days to correct individual issues. Technically under contract they have 30 days to do so to come back within compliance until you make another complaint and start a new clock. - The language in the contract is pretty genius for CleanNet. Whoever signed it at my company did not read the contract. Basically, if they don't clean the site, you have to give them a chance to reconcile with the existing cleaner. If that doesn't work, they can re-franchise your location to a new buyer. If that fails, and the cleaner is not cleaning, you cannot break contract under a year without buying out. We are in that process now. Pretty much paying for services not performed. I can't wait until this nightmare is over. As a customer, I was appalled. They actually had companies call our company for reviews.

I have used several different Janitorial Companies throughout the years. In my opinion what truly separated CleanNet from the rest is management. From my experience all of these cleaning companies promise the world but when push comes to shove they disappear and are no where to be found. CleanNet has always, with no hesitation, corrected all issues immediately no matter how big or small.
