I never take the time to write reviews, but feel obligated to warn existing and potential new customers of the horrible customer service at Busy Bee. After being a loyal customer for almost a year, Leslie, the woman who books our appointments asked if she could send a new cleaner. At this point, I had absolutely no problem with it... Fast forward to 5 hours later. I came home to find THREE rugs had bleach stains all over them in addition to stains all over our new couch!??? How is that even possible? I can see ruining one item, but this person moved from room to room destroying any rug in her path! We are talking about thousands of dollars in damage. When I wrote Busy Bee to tell them what happened I was shocked even more. Instead of being apologetic and helpful they essentially said, "Sorry, Prove it." I left my house in perfect condition and came back to 4 damaged items and that's all they had to say for themselves. Isn't the entire purpose of using a company instead of an independent person ( who is always much cheaper) that they have insurance in case of emergencies like this? Leslie is completely professional when it comes to booking appointments and taking your credit card. When it comes to owning up to damaged property? Not so much. After several e-mails she told me my info was with "upper management" -- but refuses to give me the contact details of the person who is "handling" this. Busy Bee is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever hired. Be warned. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and protect your home!

All im going to say yes the Application said is not for sure you get the job after training. What i find so wrong is i go for two hours for training. They put me to clean 2 bathrooms for 2 hours. Minding you i cleaned the bathroom for 2 hours with no gloves. The bathroom had tubs and everything so i was cleaning walls toliets with no gloves. I felt so disgusted. I felt like it was a scam. I worked for two hours for nothing. Not to get a call back. I did a great job. I had the audacity to clean the bathroom with no gloves so right there i should of got the job. I was sweating i felt so dirty. We had to clean with so little supplies. Waited a whole week to not get a call back thats horrible. I never ever went to some training to clean. I worked for another cleaning company and i had two days training and they explained everything to me how to clean what not to do. They didn't put me to clean. I just felt they used us they really didn't need us. I feel like it was a scam. The other company paid me for the training and i didn't even clean. Then for this company not to paid for training and also have you clean for two hours straight no stopping with no gloves thats messed up. Thats what you call abuse. I feel like i should of got the job.

Cleaning went well, floor cleaners were very fast, could barely keep up with them. Our tile is 10 times brighter now. The lead guy (Russell?) was very thorough and double checked a lot of the areas and made sure it was clean. I did notice a ledge or two and one bathroom fan that was missed for dusting/cleaning. Otherwise a good experience.

I was moving in a new place, and though I was completely smitten for my new apartment, it needed a good scrub down. The people before me had pets, and there were questionable stains on the carpet. The bathroom was what I was most concerned about. It had a catbox smell and I could tell the bathtub used to be white, but had a light brown tint. If it were up to me I would’ve sprayed bleached on everything, but that would’ve ended horribly, considering I’m kind of allergic to it. I mentioned that to the girl on the phone when I was requesting services, and she said they would find an alternate cleaning product. The cleaner was super sweet, and wasn’t grossed out at how dingy the bathroom was. She stayed at my apartment for 6 hours, and when she left you could tell she really put her hear in it. Anyone could’ve done an okay job, but she did a thorough job, which made the world of a difference. Very recommended for post construction cleaning!

I called Busy Bee simply predicated on the ratings on here. The woman I verbalized with Leslie was genuinely nice and polite.She asked me a few questions about what kind of cleaning I wanted. Ostensibly there is more than one time of cleaning you can get, predicated on what I was asking for ( cabinets organized and full dusting) she then suggested a spring cleaning. She priced me at $30 per hour. I was remotely skeptical about the price, but decided to give it a go anyway. Leslie sent me an electronic mail with everything we verbalized about and I filled out a credit card sanction form and two days after my cleaner, Jahaira, arrived on time and got to work. 5 hours later I couldn't believe how CLEAN my dormitory was. Jahaira cleaned corners I didn't even ken subsisted in my dormitory. It was definitely worth every penny to hire a cleaning accommodation. I will definitely be calling again. If you decide to call ask for Jahaira she was very professional!

Due to construction in another apartment in my building, every square inch of my apartment was covered in dust that had been laying there for over a week due to my travel schedule. I called Busy Bee and set up an appointment for a "deep clean" two (2) days later. The person they sent, Gloria, was a veritable cleaning machine. She got there on time, got right to work and didn't stop for six and a half hours, until everything was done. Floors, bathroom, kitchen, everywhere. She was fantastic. The service was so good I am considering using them on a regular basis to keep the place tidy. And if I do, I will definitely be asking for Gloria again. I highly recommend this service. In addition, I should also note it was very easy to work with BB's main office (Leslie). Because of the nature of the condition we did not know in advance how long it would take to clean the entire space. Leslie was very courteous, professional and helpful in working out the details and modifying them when necessary. They were all very easy to work with.

Unfortunately, we are having a really disappointing relationship with management. Worst costumer service experience in a long time. Not unhappy with the cleaners but yes with management. We where pretty disappointed once, raised that, and where asked for a second chance, after that, we had another bad experience, however since we only have one "official complaint" to date, we are forced to keep a service we are unhappy with. They take less than the time they charge us for, are always later or too early and management wont really take responsibility for any of it. I wouldn't recommend this service and its my first negative review in google.

I called Busy Bee simply based on the ratings on here. The woman I spoke to Leslie was really nice and polite.She asked me a few questions about what kind of cleaning I wanted. Apparently there is more than one time of cleaning you can get, based on what I was asking for ( cabinets organized and full dusting) she then suggested a spring cleaning. She priced me at $30 per hour. I was a bit skeptical about the price, but decided to give it a go anyway. Leslie sent me an email with everything we talked about and I filled out a credit card authorization form and two days after my cleaner, Jahaira, arrived on time and got to work. 5 hours later I couldn't believe how CLEAN my apartment was. Jahaira cleaned corners I didn't even know existed in my apartment. It was definitely worth every penny to hire a cleaning service. I will definitely be calling again. If you decide to call ask for Jahaira she was very professional!
