Beyond unprofessional. I was messaged at 6 o’clock in the morning saying they would be there at 10:45. At 11:45 no one had shown up or reached out to me to let me know they would be late. When I reached out to them to inquire about an updated arrival time, I was told they would be there in an hour and 15 minutes. An hour and a half later, I decided to check my email and found a message saying that they had to reschedule because of a family emergency. She had been messaging me all morning on my cell phone. If it wasn’t for me checking my email, I would not have even known that she wasn’t coming at all.

I wish I could give them 0. First of all the woman came late. Then she told me that she wont be able to clean my house for the hours I purchased through amazon cleaning services. It was total waste of my time and energy. Save yourself headache and hire someone else.
