When Always Immaculate was finished, I couldn't believe how awesome my place looked. They did a fabulous job. I was in a time crunch also and they still came through. I used a different "national chain" cleaning service before I switched to Always Immaculate, and what a huge difference there was in the cleanliness of my house after Sally's team took over. I knew the previous service was not doing a great job (hence the switch) but had no idea how bad the other service was until Always Immaculate arrived. It was like starting from scratch: not a square inch was overlooked in their cleaning, and the house was spotless when they were finished. I was on an "every other week" schedule. The Always Immaculate crew (mine consisted of four people) cleaned in places the other service never even looked at. They arrive with ladders and everything they need to clean the high (and the low) areas. They do not use duster wands: everything is cleaned by hand, and each item is picked up, hand dusted, and returned to its proper place. They also use separate cleaning cloths for the bathroom, to avoid cross contamination, a practice I know the other service did not utilize. They moved furniture so they could clean around, under, and behind it (where feasible, as not every piece could be moved). Not one item was ever damaged or broken. Sally (the owner) and her team have been responsive to every question or request. Phone calls are returned promptly. I work from home so was present often, and I can report that her crew members work quickly and efficiently, and not on their phones while working. There is very little chit chat among the crew while working. If for some unforeseen reason the crew was running late, I would receive a phone call advising me, which was appreciated considering I work from home. I HIGHLY recommend Always Immaculate for all your cleaning needs. I recently moved from the location and they cleaned inside every cupboard, drawer, and shelf in the kitchen and bathrooms, along with the oven and refrigerator. You will not be disappointed with the quality of their services.

Wow what an utter disappointment!! We were in the process of relocating to Toms River and needed a cleaning agency we could rely on to clean our new home spotless prior to move-in. After reading all the glowing positive reviews on Google, I contacted Sally who gave me an estimate of the amount of hours it would take to clean our home at the hourly rate of $35 per hour. She explained if we would like a firm quote, she would need to visit the house in person and do a run down of the areas and condition, which we setup and scheduled. We met with Sally, who seemed warm and personable and someone we could trust to get the job done. She described in detail everything her services would include and that everything would be cleaned "top to bottom", nothing left out. Based on our confidence in her, we went with her quote. We had an appointment scheduled with her crew at 7:30am the day we moved in. She knew of the urgency to get everything cleaned prior to the movers truck arriving and unloading. It was 10am I figured I would check in to see where they were holding. I called several times and no answer. I left a voicemail. After several attempts at around 10:30, Sally answers says "oh so sorry, I sent the crew on a different job first- Kathleen (Office worker) was supposed to notify you sorry". What??!!! Bottom line they got to our house after 11am. When we got to the house the crew was in disarray, few of the crew members were cleaning one of the chandeliers- I specifically asked to focus on getting most important things first (I.e. Floors, bathrooms and cabinets)... by the time, they were on the way out, they handed us a bill which was higher than what was quoted. We inspected some areas and found a lot of dirt and dust everywhere. Sally was willing to reduce price to original quote- so nice! We paid and they went on their way. Later that night we went to use master bathroom, I won't describe what we saw, it's too disgusting! I sent Sally an email and she was willing to send back the crew but can't lower the exuberant fee she charges for barely cleaning anything. No thanks- we don't want another incompetent crew back at our home after we already moved. We needed them prior to move-in, not after! Also tried to blame lack of cleanliness on fact that a certain water line had to be disconnected by plumber for a fair amount of time but there were alternative methods and a whole lot more should have been cleaned. There were a minimum of 4 people as part of the crew if not more spending many hours. How could so little be cleaned??? We almost couldn't find anything clean!! Total disaster!! What a shame- was hoping to use them on a recurring basis and could have referred them many clients- but not to these clowns. I would not trust the other reviews....

Terrible experience with this Company. I arranged for cleaning on February 7th to be done on March 29th and 30th. I specifically asked if those dates would be a problem, since it was a religious holiday, and I was assured "no problem". I was contacted the day before and advised that the first team would not be arriving at noon, as agreed to, but probably between 1:30 and 2, per Kathleen. I agreed. Come 2:30 no one showed up. Called Kathleen, put on hold for several long periods of time, and advised they would not come until 3:30 and would be done around 8:30 pm. Advised her, we have a 40 minute ride, and finishing that late was not acceptable. Kathleen said I could "leave a credit card on the table". That, of course, was not acceptable to me.Then put on hold again. Now Sally got on the phone and said she spoke with me the day before to explain their problem since "it was a holiday week, and things happen". I told Sally she never spoke to me at all the day before, I only spoke with Kathleen.The cost for this job over a two day period was almost $1500.00 dollars, and at this point I was so exasperated I canceled the job. On another note with this company, they also scheduled a duct work estimate in late February, and after waiting for that person to show up, which he never did, we canceled any duct work appointment. The bottom line with this company, is this...they do not appear to have any business sense, they are in desperate need of customer service training, and they do not understand that running a business requires back up strategies, which need to be place to satisfy customers. I would never recommend them to anyone. They need some help.

I have used Sally and her team for the past few years with our rental property at the beach. Her team is at the house on a weekly basis. I must say that I am 100% pleased and impressed with the level of the cleaning. The house is always clean and "immaculate." They are very easy to work with, responsive to your needs, and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

It all started out fantastic. Met with Sally she was amazing explaining everything her company had that many others didn’t. She can really sell the business but do not be fooled. She came out to our house and gave us a quote, then after over charging us bc her girls worked over the allotted time. Well we fought that bc it’s not my fault they couldn’t get it done in time. After that they came to our house to clean and rushed through bc they only had 2 hours to get it done. Most of the time they were late, and I am talking an hour late with no phone call. I am sorry you might of had other clients or make more money from another client but you lost my money. Business is about word of mouth, you don’t know who your clients know. I was told they had a file on us about what rooms to clean. Each time they came it was a new crew (granted some times I had to switch days so I understand a diff crew coming) but each time they asked me what rooms have to be cleaned. Where is this so called file? I have screaming children under 2 and don’t have the time to give directions every time. Depending on what crew you get depends on how clean your house is. I loved how they cleaned in the beginning but the crew started to change and customer service was horrible. When they had to come back and clean on day, there were 4 rooms that the floors were gross. The lady in the office told them about two of the floors that had to be re done. I pointed Out the other two floors and the cleaning women says oh no we were only told these two. I said Okay well there are two more. She rolled her eyes and went about cleaning. That was my end all, I was just done with this company. They need to work out some things with staff. They have potential and I hope they are able to work through it.

They gave a glowing report about Always Immaculate so I didn't hesitate to call them. At the time I was in Florida and wanted to return to NJ to a clean house. Making long distance arrangements were flawless and the home sparkled leading me to sign up for monthly service. Sally and crew are professional, courteous, thorough and honest.
