Terry and Drew showed up promptly and the time window indicated the day before and proceeded to explain everything that they were going to do. It took them about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. They took off every vent and return and cleaned them thoroughly, and showed me before and after pictures of the duct work. They also explained the issue with my dryer vent and it’s difficulty venting out from my roof (laundry room is on second floor) and went up in my attic crawl space to make sure the dryer vent was cleaned properly. Liars! They were at my house 2.5 hours. Technicians were pleasant but Cost $600? Disgracefull. After job completed AC still not blowing. Had to pay an AC man to come and tell me that they had definitely NOT CLEANED the coil. Called them and they sent a man back who finally got the coil clean. 2 more days without AC. Now it works perfectly. I would like to add hat after speaking to the service manager Melissa I was promised a partial refund which never arrived.

I had posted the following rating but I have to downgrade. See below for details. Revised review: I had given these guys a 5 star rating but after they left we realized that they did not fix the drier vent hose properly back with tape and it promptly fell off. Most likely they did not use any new tape but slid the hose back on with the old tape. We affixed the hose with new tape. So, while they did a good job with the cleaning, we were not fully satisfied with how they attached back the drier vent hose. Original review: We got air ducts and vent cleaning done today. Al and Francisco were the two individuals who came to do the work. HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL and UNOBTRUSIVE, we continued to do what we had to do and they went about their business very carefully and methodically. We asked if they could use boot covers, they did it immediately, and they removed them every time they stepped out and wore them only when they came back in. VERY PLEASED with the job they did. We have had many bad experiences in the past with other companies. We have had Advanced Duct Cleaning come twice recently and both times we have been pleased with the outcome. We recommend them as well as their two professionals named above.

Fantastic job. They arrived EARLY, were professional, thorough and personable. They answered all my questions (mostly curiousity) and their equipment was very clean. My vents/ducting had never been cleaned...ever. I asked if they did pictures and they gave me before and after shots. AMAZING! (Make sure to ask for this. It will blow your mind!) I HIGHLY recommend Advanced for cleaning out your ducts and dryer vent. If you are a First Responder ask about their discount. Great company that does a great job. SO glad I did this. (As a side note: My wife was constantly sneezing and would get post nasal drip whenever she came into the house. GONE!)

We just used Advanced Furnace & Air Duct for cleaning out ducts. We called and were greeted by a friendly voice who answered all our questions. We scheduled the appointment and were called the night before with a 3-hour time frame of 11a to 2p. Bill & Terry showed up just a little after 11am. They were very friendly, professional, introduced themselves and explained everything that would take place. One removed all the vent covers (some of which were on the 9-foot ceiling) and washed them while the other cleaned the ducts. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Much quicker than I thought it would be. The home had a noticeably fresher smell. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

What can I say but amazing very professional and informative. I am so glad I called them they probably saved my house from a fire because my dryer exhaust line was so clogged and now my clothes dry in half the time. Not sure they know what they’re doing. Claimed there was a problem when there was none. Told me there was a transit pipe collapse in my duct work when there was none. There was no mold. I guess they just didn’t feel like working that morning??? Went through the whole process of calling my insurance company and having professional individuals with specialized scoping equipment come to my home only to find out what they claim was a collapsed pipe was just a big pile of dirt there scope could not get through.

The technician that came to my house was Drew and I couldn’t say a single bad thing. He treated my home like it was his own and really took pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was perfect. He should me that he found some Sheetrock blocking my return from when my house was renovated and ended up with a garbage bag of debris that I had no clue about. We get air ducts cleaned because of a reason. There are companies that do a moderately sized home for as little at $200, or upwards of $600. I went with Advanced Duct Cleaning and paid the latter, because I wanted the job well done. Unfortunately, I don't think the work performed was anywhere near worth the money spent, and I really don't think it was done any better than a cut-rate company. 2 weeks after our cleaning, I wanted to change some of our air flow positioning and found insulation and debris, so I started opening them up...and these are some pictures that I found. There's even a cup - inside my duct system - that if Advanced did 1/2 of what they said they do, they would have found it and removed it (it's between 2 vents that are 6 feet apart.) So based on my experience at least, save the money and get someone else to do it, I don't think there is any difference.

I had John and Troy work at my house. These guys were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained different ways to get into the ducts and got right to it. They take pictures before and after. I couldn’t believe how dirty ductwork can be inside! They paid attention to detail and after the ducts were cleaned, they put your nice clean vents back on and made sure any dust was vacuumed up. All this at a very reasonable price. We bought a new construction home and when we moved in there were lots of dust everywhere. We cleaned the entire home thoroughly, however we were still having allergy issues, as well as, our toddler were having nose bleeds due to all the saw dust in our ducts/vents. Excellent service. Needed my dryer vent cleaned as there was a major blockage of lint. My stackable washer and dryer is in a super tight space. I am very happy with how Drew and Sean were able to remove my appliances and find the lint blockage when no one else could. They figured out our dryer vents through the roof after I gave them the incorrect location of the back of our home ouse. They did a complete and thorough job. So glad I called them. I had previously used Advanced Air two years ago to clean all our house vents after having our house elevated and the construction caused major drywall dust in our vents. They did a terrific job then and flash forward to today, again an excellent job. Will be asking for Drew and Sean in the future. After hiring Advance Air for two jobs, and being very satisfied, I highly recommend them. I feel they are an honest, skilled, and hard working company.

I would highly recommend Advanced Furnace and Air Duct cleaning services. They offer dryer vent cleaning, exhaust fans(in the bathrooms) on top of cleaning the AC coils and ductwork. From the ladies in the office to the technicians that came it was a very smooth process. The technicians, Mike S and Sean were extremely professional and thoroughly explained each and every step of the process. I was a little skeptical of the anti microbial and deodorize but what a difference! I always keep up on cleaning my lint trap on the dryer, or so I thought......I would definitely recommend having the dryer vents cleaned, it’s totally worth the extra few dollars to have the piece of mind.

They replaced my furnace filter and closed up the garage attic. They even put back a couple of things that had to be moved to get the attic stairs down. I called up to inquire about pricing for my dryer vent and possibly the rest of the vents iny house. They were able to give me the breakdown of what I would get and how much it would be. When making the appointment they were so nice and accommodating to my schedule and requests I made. The guys who came to do the work were prompt and went over exactly how he process would go. They were nice, professional and made sure to clean up after their work. Once they left I noticed an issue with a vent cover and I called back the technician who was at the house I believe his name was John and he was great. He let me know he'd be happy to come back and fix it he knew exactly what the issue was. He made time to come back that worked with my schedule. He arrived promptly again and let me know it was something that came be common with vents on ceilings. He fixed the issue with no problem. I highly recommend them and will be using them going forward. In addition to how prompt, professional, and clean they were the price I was quoted was exactly what it all cost there was no hidden fees at the end.
