Right Way Cleaning did an amazing job on cleaning a 5,000 SF office space for me that looked like it was 50 years old. They cleaned the space, cubicle partitions (that were heavily stained) and carpets. When they were done the space felt fresh and new. It was wonderful to move people in there and the staff there is happy. Thank you!

First, environmentally conscious? Not at all, products are not environmental friendly or green. Scrubbing bubbles, magic eraser, windex. Re-using of towels at various locations is unsanitary, toilets, if I wouldn't clean my own bathroom like that why would you pay for it? Spots missed, effortless cleaning. Accredited? Voted best cleaning company? By whom? 20 years... Frankly, overcharging BSing and billing customers for LESS than actual hours worked. Say, this will take 3 hours, employees leave the job an hour and a half early yet customer is still billed for 3 hours. Or spent talking on the cell phone. Estimates are inaccurate. Employees are not background checked (although claimed) and the owner, Nancy, is two-faced, a snake in the grass. Says one thing, fails to follow through or live up to expectations, does not return calls, misses appointments, can't accurately schedule and/meet deadlines. As a business owner she fails miserably, as she's completely incompetent of how to run a legitimate honest business; as a decent human being in general, she is not. Save your money, go elsewhere.

After months of communication. After multiple emails and telling me that it would be fine for us to hire 2 cleaning aids for our wedding to help with dishes and trash clean up for 3 hours. After they went to the venue and met with my wedding coordinator. Rightway cleaning backed out 4 days before my wedding. Now my family and friends will have to clean up instead of dancing and enjoying the night. Don't use them. They are flaky and unprofessional.

Our company switched to Right Way Cleaning almost ten years ago and it was one of the best moves we made. We have found them to be professional and courteous and will go the extra mile for you. Even if you have a task that is not part of the contracted service all you have to do is ask and it gets done. They have an honest desire to provide quality service at a fair price.
