I know they are a huge company, but I am not truly impressed. They did clean everything they say they would, but the manager called me several times and asked for additional money. Yes, sometimes things take longer than expected. But I don't like her constant requests for what comes down to pure profit. If you state a price for a job, you should stick to your end of the bargain. I even cleaned before they came over! Not my favorite cleaning service.
