McCarthy's cleaned my carpets today, and they exceeded my expectations. The carpet on the steps was quite soiled, and they were able to remove or greatly lighten some old pet stains. Stellar, thorough job! Additionally, they are highly professional with great communication. They have found a way to imbed technology into their business through online booking and texts, but they also personally reach out. Excellent service from every angle.

We needed to have our very expensive custom drapery stream cleaned so we filled with anxiety about steam cleaning our delicate drapes. McCarthy Cleaning (John) tolds us about his experience with cleaning similar draperies. John was very courteous and insightful to our concerns and took the time to explained the process in advance, then on the day of service, stopped periodically to show us how well the drapes were being cleaned throughout the cleaning process. We were extremely satisfied with the results! We also had our living room furniture steam cleaned with the same outstanding results. In our opinion, McCarthy Cleaning is a highly recommended, superior cleaning business - so do not hesitate to call them!

Ben cleaned my carpets just before Christmas. I had old stains that other companies had not been able to remove and was resigned that they couldn't be cleaned. Ben seemed to take them as a personal challenge! He worked on them several times and I was shocked to see they actually came out! I'd say those old stains (more than 5 yrs. old) are more than 90% gone! Plus, he was able to treat them with something to prevent them from showing up again as shadows of the old stains. John from McCarthy Cleaning, came to my house for initial walk-through and told me all about the cleaning process, dry time and the products he would be using. The day that I had the company come clean John sent me a message telling me that everything was all done and if there any problems or questions to reach out to him. Communication with McCarthy Cleaning was very convenient. All of my questions via email or text were answered within the same day, even within the hour at times. The carpet looks amazing there were stains from when we moved in a year ago that I didn’t think would come out and urine stains from pets that left a horrible odor. They day before, the technician who was scheduled, developed a medical condition and was unable to come. We used McCarthy Cleaning last year for basement carpet & were very happy with the result. This year we added kitchen tile/grout & a couple of area rugs and are thrilled with the result, especially the kitchen which I never felt got clean enough with my steam mop. John was able to remove the pet smell from the basement & the kitchen tile and grout got a much needed perking up, as did the area rugs. John is very respectful of your home. He uses booties, an entry rug and pads all corners that the hose passes by as well as the entire door he comes through. They respond to voicemail, text or email quickly and are friendly, professional & honest. I highly recommend them.
