It was addressed immediately and I was contacted by Maid Pro Derry until I was completely happy with the resolution. That is very rare these days. Maid Pro Derry is the entire package! I knew they would do a good job cleaning, but how they interacted with the client blew me away. No judgement and a darn clean home, that's about all i can ask for.
