Thanks so much for the work Brian. I can honestly say the house looks cleaner than it ever has; and certainly more so compared to when it’s been washed in the past. You can tell that the cleaning element is what actually cleaned the house versus just blasting off the dirt, mildew, and mold with a pressure washer - which returns shortly after. I’ll be sure to pass your info along wherever I can and use you in the future. The whole quote and scheduling process was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had working with a contractor.

The immediate response time was quick. Brain was happy to answer any questions and was up front about the expectations of the job. Scheduling was a breeze and their quote matched up with the 3 other companies who provided quotes. The whole job took less than and hour. Both Brain and his son were professional and easy to deal with. At the end, our house looked better than when they started. They were even nice enough to wash a shed that was not included in the original quote. The "bleach" smell was strong and lingered for at least 24-48 hours. There were puddles and some residue left on the driveway. There were a few areas of the house and especially the porches that were still dirty after the cleaning. Tape was left on the outlets that then left a residue. Overall, the work was adequate and the customer service was above average. Despite some minor issues, I was happy with their work and have recommend Brian to others.

The appearance of our roof shingles has bothered me for years but became ever more bothersome after we added an addition. The contrast between the new roof shingles on the addition vs the old stained and moss grown shingles drove me to find a solution. Having no idea who to contact for this type of work I saw a Jackson Contracting & Roof Cleaning truck in traffic and emailed them immediately for a quote request. I received a quote same day and booked the service for the next week. Before and after pictures are attached. I'd highly recommend.

Very professional. Provided a quick emailed estimate within a day. Was the lowest quote from the contractors that we contacted. The exterior "house wash" was done within an hour. It looks fabulous! No black mold, no green algae, no cobwebs. All gone.

The guys arrived a little early, explained the process, did the job in about an hour and change. Roof is clean, green stuff growing on roof at the rear of the house is dead. They were nice enough to also clean the roof on a small shed. Waiting for a few good rain storms to hopefully clear off the dead moss. Overall the value is good, the process was straight forward, the workers were respectful of our property. A few plants got burned from the cleaning solution. Next time we’ll do the job in the fall when plants are dormant. 5 stars and happy satisfied customer here, would recommend all day.

Brian and his son were great. They followed through, Brian was very responsive, and did a great job on my roof. My roof was in desperate need of cleaning and when all the algae didn’t come off the first time (which can happen), Brian came back the next week no problem, to do a 2nd cleaning. Unlike other cleaning contractors, Brian is very thorough and careful about his choice of chemical mixes and he also offers a cleaning warranty. When you are comparing companies, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. There is a right way to do a roof cleaning and there is a wrong way and Brian has researched and done it the right way for many years. The cost of using a properly equipped and trained team is much less because you won't have to reclean for many years.

Brian responded immediately to my initial inquiry (actually answered his phone while on the roof from another job!) He was able to give me an estimate from pictures of my house that I emailed to him and shortly after, he came out to the house to do the work.
