Amanda Messinger did an amazing job cleaning a recently vacated apartment that my ex-tenant left like a pig sty. She had not cleaned in 3 years — she literally lived like a pig. Homeplus Cleaning is the best maid service we have ever used. They even left a nice candle after cleaning, since I purchased a deep cleaning, which they call the Realtor’s Deluxe. I am extremely pleased with the service I received! Service was exceptional starting with the initial phone call. I called to inquire and please note I had never used the service before nor had I heard of HomePlus Cleaning. Brielle was kind and professional from the start. She answered my questions and gave me the info I was seeking. At first I did not think they would be able to accommodate my request with respect to the date I was seeking but she made it happen! Jelissa came and that lovely lady worked as if she was cleaning her own home! She was thorough, efficient, on time and very pleasant! Just all around nice and a very hard worker! My husband and I are extremely pleased and will be using this company again! I received exactly what I paid for and more. Brielle delivered and everything we talked about was validated! Most important to me is Brielle remembered a personal comment I made and she mentioned it to me in a conversation after the cleaning which meant a lot. It had to do with my Air Force son coming home. I knew then I was more than just a client/customer. She saw me as a human being and that spoke volume! Love love the company and the service they provided! I will be a repeat customer!

I’ve had experiences with 4 different cleaning companies in the 9 years I’ve lived in MA. I wouldn’t call any of my experiences bad, but I was not satisfied with any of them. This is the first company I’ve worked with that doesn’t leave me wishing for something more. The cleaners are always polite, punctual, thorough, and kind. They offer a bunch of different options/timelines for cleaning. They are affordable. It was the only company I found that offered once a month cleanings, my preferred timeline. Most places do only weekly or bi-weekly. I have zero complaints so far, and as my husband would attest, that is a rare thing for me :) I’m pretty critical when I’m paying for a service. There were two simple issues that needed to be resolved in the first 2 month (simple scheduling things), but they were quickly and easily attended to via email. Super customer service.

We used home advisor to find this company. They called us very quickly, very professional and knowledgable about what we needed. The day of service went very smoothly. The woman assigned to us showed up at the expected time and finished within the quoted time frame. Everything was cleaned very well. We just bought a 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath, two kitchen home. She cleaned both fridges, both stoves, all the bathrooms, vacuumed, mopped the floors, wiped down surfaces and was able to do this in 6 hours! Would definitely recommend this company!

We have hired HomePlus for the last several months after struggling with house cleaners who were unreliable and didn't show up for appointments. HomePlus has been reliable and very easy to work with. The owner, Brielle, has been extremely communicative and has come to our house twice herself to make sure the job was getting done. My husband and I both work full-time and have two small children so keeping our house clean is a challenge. HomePlus has been a godsend. As an added bonus, they use non-toxic, green-friendly cleaning products and provide their own cleaning equipment. You don't have to do a thing! They are prompt, friendly and competitively priced.

My husband and I finally pulled the trigger and decided we need some outside help to keep our house as clean and tidy as we'd like! I did a lot of research on local companies, and I'm so glad that I contacted HomePlus Cleaning. They were friendly and helpful right from the beginning - explaining their different services, my options, a price quote, and scheduling. Their online portal makes it really easy to keep up with schedulings and input any special directions for my profile and/or day-of directions (such as remember to keep the basement door open for the cat, etc.). When Leslie came for our first cleaning, she was very friendly and professional. I had high expectations going in, but my husband and I were so impressed with the job Leslie did for us! She got into all the nooks and crannies, and our house was sparkling and had a fresh air - weeks later we are still very happy with it and looking forward to our recurring monthly cleanings. She was very thorough for the whole house, especially in our master bathroom - we have a big whirlpool tub that wasn't very clean when we moved in and we've never been able to get it looking nice... Leslie blew us away by getting the jets clean even! I couldn't be happier with the work she did. Thank you, Leslie!

My husband was apprehensive about hiring a cleaning company but HomePlus Cleaning completely changed his mind. We were very impressed with the attention to detail!! The cleaner had a checklist of things that she followed but we immediately noticed she took the time to clean things that weren’t on the checklist. We have a young daughter who’s constantly touching the walls! You could tell she didn’t rush. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. Just got my house cleaned and it was a transformation. After just having a baby I was worried about the fur from two cats and a dog. The house is spotless and fur free. From awesome customer service from the owners and a great job by Maribel I would definitely hire them again.
