Sincere Thanks. Maricela Loring and her crew are trustworthy. They are quick, they comply with my specific request for using my less abrasive cleaning products. The Home and Planet crew is welcomed into our Portsmouth home because of their friendly, respectful demeanor which we happily offer right back to them! We feel comfortable with their consistency and high integrity behavior. On one occasion her crew found a significant long lost valuable and graciously showed me. Such rare honesty! Genuinely nice people who make life easier with them it. Her crew managers are very helpful to work with and I actually enjoy their personalities! Great group. We are lucky to have them around here! Maricela of Home & Planet Cleaners came to my home to evaluate my cleaning job and give me a quote. She gave prices for several cleaning options - all very affordable. On the agreed date and time, three lovely ladies arrived with all their own vacuums and cleaning supplies. They immediately started cleaning and did not even stop to take a break. They were very thorough and efficient - and polite. After three hours, they gathered their supplies, and even removed some of my own garbage. My house is now spotless and at a very affordable price. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau after I found out she’s done to others what she did to us. Let me start by saying that many years ago (6-7) we had home and planet clean our home In Hampton and did a great job 2 years ago we hired H&p for a move in deep clean on the day we closed on the home. She quoted us $400 for a move in clean and would have 4 workers start at 11;00am. We shows up at the house at noon and no one was there. Two cleaners showed up at 4:00 (it was dusk) and said there was no way they could clean the home by themselves. Maricela called me saying she’d have two more women come but they ran late at another job. The other two showed up at 5:30 and didn’t even acknowledge me when I tried to show them the rooms I wanted extra attention paid to. It had been a stressful move with three small children, and to top it off maricella called me later that evening to say the house was way dirtier and larger than she anticipated and she needed $650. I was really upset. $250 more?!? Again my fault, this was a really stressful move for us, and I gave my in laws a check for her while we moved that next day. Walked into the house -IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS BARELY CLEAN. I took pictures after taking a clean paper towel and wiping the tile and wood floors - BLACK. it was disgusting. Like they pushed a dirty mop around and said they cleaned. For$650!!!! I was irate. I contacted her immediately to let her know how disappointed I was. They offered to come back the next week but seriously?? All our stuff was being moved in that day. The whole point to having the house cleaned beforehand is so a) we don’t have to and b) there’s no furniture in the way. You know how much she “discounted” me??? $50! Shame on me. I tried canceling the check but true to form since she knew the work sucked she cashed it the same day. Needless to say I’ll NEVER be using this company again and now that I’m hearing of several local families going through the same ordeal with her I’m reporting her to the better business bureau. She’s a fraud. DO NOT USE HOME AND PLANET IF YOU WANT AN HONEST COMPANY WHO PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE AT A FAIR RATE. this “cleaning” company hoses hard working people. Terrible.

I just had my first cleaning this week and was very satisfied with the results. I have two large shedding dogs and a cat. I told Maricela my main concern was cleaning the pet hair in the house. They not only took care of the pet hair, but everything looks great! Thank you!

I've tried other companies and this one does a better job for a cheaper price! Love coming home to a clean house! they do a great job every time! I never have any problems whenever i need to change the time/day of the cleaning! I can even text or email at anytime about the cleaning and i will get an answer in a few minutes!

Maricela and her team have been cleaning our house for a little over 1 year now. On several occasions we have had to reschedule our regular cleaning time and Maricela is always flexible and willing to accommodate our schedules. Her rates are very reasonable and at each visit there is always a different little special touch somewhere in the house. We would definitely recommend Home & Planet Cleaning!

I’m disabled and cleaning my house is tough so my house got extremely dirty I called home and planet to see if they could do the job on that day, three people showed up 2 hours later and moved everything to clean under and around. My apartment has never been this clean. I highly recommend this house cleaning company

Maricela the owner is a discriminator toward elderly woman. My aunt went to work with her and she only last it 4 hours and got fired because she thought she was to old to do the job.

I, Seneida Zorilla have been working for Maricela for 11 years. I have never heard or seen her discriminate against anyone. There are people of all ages working here. This day, this person worked with me and her niece who also worked with me that day had an appointment at 2pm so she wanted to leave at 1 and was only able to work those 4 hours. We left at 1pm so she could make her appointment. That was a slow month and I was only making 21 hours a week so we could not find her any work. Maricela never fired her for any reasons. Her niece Johanny can clarify all of this and agrees completely with everything said here.
