Hi, My name is Jenn, I would love to share my recent experience with DJ's Carpet Cleaning Company. They had just been to my house not to long ago and steam cleaned all of my carpets in my four bedroom home. I must say that I was very surprised with the results, as all the pet stains and distinct smell was removed completely! Additionally, several stains that existed prior to before moving into my home, were in fact, gone as well. I was more than happy! Not only did they arrive promptly on time, but were super friendly yet very professional. I highly recommend DJ's Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

DJs Carpet Cleaning Company totally transformed my home! When I arrived home, I couldn't believe how the floors sparkled and how fresh and clean my house smelled. I mainly hired their services to deal with an accumulation of dust that I couldn't clean due to allergies, but they did so much more.... their attention to detail and incredible work ethic come through in the impeccable job that they do! My daughter actually said "Mom, what happened to our stove." I had to laugh... I guess it looked pretty different when clean and shiny. DJs has also cleaned my carpets and mattresses in the past. They got rid of animal smells and food stains that I thought were impossible to remove (ever had to deal with silly putty smooshed into wall to wall carpeting?- they got rid of it!). Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work this company delivered. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone!

I really wanted to try this company. When I called and asked about their online advertised special of $89.90 for 2 areas of carpet cleaning I was told that was only for Manchester, and because I lived in Bedford they would need to charge me $10 more to drive their truck to my house and then the truck needs to run throughout the cleaning process. When I asked where they were located (thinking they might be coming a distance away) I was told, Manchester. I mentioned that there was no qualifier online of a particular location I was told 'Well, that's just the way it is.' Sad to say that this is unfortunate as I can not trust someone who does this type of bait and switch, and it just makes me wonder why running their truck in Bedford would cost more than running it in Manchester--I guess the air is different :D

Very polite and efficient service. Don and Don arrived right on time (noon) set up, pre-treated and cleaned the family room carpet. It always looks better right after the steam cleaning as opposed to when it finally dries. The only thing I could say is that it was left much wetter than could have and took more than overnight to dry a couple of spots, despite a dry cool fall day.

I had an emergency cleaning requirement. I searched the web and found DJsCarpetCleaningCo. Did not know who they were, but like their site. They came out right away, worked all day and into the night for me. They not only did the carpets but cleaned the whole house. They are extremely honest, hardworking, and respectful of people’s property and emotions. I would re-hire them in a heartbeat. Words cannot explain the wonderful work they do. Don & his son came to clean my carpets yesterday 11/2 and my carpets look brand new! They always go above and beyond of what’s expected of them! I’m extremely pleased with the end result! Don even got out slime that had been dried up on my sons carpet for months, I was shocked you can’t even tell there was ever slime there, not to mention the urine smell from my dog when she was being trained is completely gone! I will definitely continue to use DJ’s on my carpets in the future. Thanks again!
