I hired A Very Good Cleaning Co. to clean my carpets and tile and grout. Mark did an outstanding job and make my kitchen tile look like brand new! I probably should have done it sooner as I had waited for quite some time to make this move. The carpets were cleaned and everything looks great. I'd highly recommend Mark and his company to come to your home. I have a small dog and he was very gracious with how he treated my home and pet. His rates were very competitive too. Mark came out to shampoo and deodorize our very large sectional couch and we were very impressed! Mark is professional and punctual and the work was outstanding. He was very respectful of our home and also very kind with our elderly pug/Boston terrier mix dog. His work is thorough and meticulous but also completed in a very timely fashion, allowing us to carry on with our day. His prices are very reasonable as well, beating competitors by nearly 50%! We are very impressed with his work and will definitely be calling A Very Good Cleaning Company in the future for our tile and hardwood floors. Highly recommend!!

The carpets were clean, but the clean up after was NOT GOOD. I had to clean my sink area where Mark mixed his cleaner, then I had to scrub the white chalky drips off my indoor wooden stairs three times before it came off. I just saw a line of dead grass where Mark's hose dripped from my front stairs all the way out to his truck! Not good enough.

Very pleasant guys, the owner was back on track a week after hip surgery, that's impressive. I don't like the job that was done. My carpet was literally wet for a couple of days. They took the money for carpet protection but they forgot to apply it on my carpet. I didn't complain and I didn't take the money back as I think it was just a misunderstanding.

Wow! I can't say enough about Mark. We wanted our carpets cleaned for an open house. We were impressed with the great job - the first time. Several hours after he left, the painter spilled blue paint on our freshly cleaned bedroom carpet. We called Mark who told us what to do/not do so that it wouldn't set and he was back not once, but twice to make sure that the carpet looked fine for our open house! Not only did Mark do a great job, but he was caring and very accommodating. A+ for customer service! Thanks Mark!

I am a professional property manager. I do not post reviews unless my experience is excellent or so terrible that I feel an obligation to warn others.. "A very good cleaning company" is aptly but modestly named. The owner of many years arrived promptly and in advance of our appointment. He was professional, expeditious, polite and focused on doing a great job of cleaning our carpets. Our carpets were in extreme need of being cleaned and Mr. Mark Acciard did not disappoint us. He did a really great job at a really reasonable rate. I will continue to hire Mr. Acciard to professionally carpet clean our other properties and do not hesitate in recommending him and his company to clean your carpets!
