I've been using 1st Class Maid Services for a quite a while. And they do a fantastic job when they leave.They always clean my home from top to bottom and my home turns out to be clean when I come home. I recommend 1st Class Maid Services, they do a wonderful job in my home .

Extremely disappointed with this service. I had used them a couple of years ago and I was very happy with the results. I called to have my house cleaned again. I left a message and didn't get a call back for a week. I scheduled to have them come and Efrain said he would work up a quote and email it out to me. I received a text message confirming the cleaning date and arrive time between 8:30 and 9:30. I never received the email quote. I emailed before the cleaning date to let them know I hadn't gotten the quote and also make sure they had the right email. I never received a response. The day of the cleaning they never showed up. No phone call, no text nothing. Just a complete no show. I won't be using this service again, nor will I recommend it. Completely unprofessional.
