Horrible experience! Quoted 250 and comes to house and changes to 375. Owner came to house and refused to believe the qoute I was given on phone and showed unprofessionalism and refused to honor quote which was 20 mins on a phone call in detail or close to it. Tried to sell me upgraded carpet treatments from the minute he walked in door. Funny how when I'm not interested in the extras the price went up along with attitude! He Let me know he does high end homes and his company is not cheap. Where is the customer service and professionalism as an owner. A joke and would never recommend!

I had Sahara Chem Dry “clean” my relatively new wool area rug. I preface this by saying I have been a loyal customer for years with no problems ever. This time was different. When the technician was “done” his cleaning pads were still dirty. He sprayed more solution and went over the carpet til it was clean. It looked a little different but I was not sure why. Well, I recently found the carpet sample showing the actual color. The background color changed from a pale blue to green! I called the company and was told the manager was gone for 2 weeks. After I pressed for an answer, I was told they could talk to the owner later in the week. I emailed a picture of the original carpet sample and the current status. Too bad, so sad. This company was not willing to do anything...said 30 days was all they were willing to guarantee and it had been about 2-3 months . When I finally asked if they knew what could be done to fix it, I did not even get the courtesy of a response. I am not sure what happened to this business, but they will never receive my business again.

Talk about a great company to work with! I've worked with countless carpet cleaning companies and have not had the best experiences over the years. But Sahara Chem Dry has been phenomenal to work with. Down to earth people who treat you like family and very professional and courteous staff who take great care of you. Pricing for their services is great and the work they do is next to none compared to most. I highly recommend Sahara Chem Dry to anyone who needs their services. Great job guys, we really appreciate the work you do!

I had Sahara Chem-Dry come and clean my sectional AFTER they called me the day before it was originally scheduled to reschedule for the next day and while the techs were very nice my sofa is not clean. There is still dog hair all over the sofa and while they may not be able to get all that out (though they are a professional Chem-dry company you'd think they could) there is also still stains all over the sofa and I have and infant that has thrown up on one of the pillows, which is the whole reason I had a professional company come clean my sofa, and it still has an odor. The tech also asked me for a lint roller and proceeded to use that which I could have done myself. They also flipped the cushions to the opposite side they are usually on(they have distinct spring marks on one side) and once I flipped them to the correct side there was even more stains as if the tech was trying to hide it. One of the cusions is also completely dry like they didn't even clean it as well as some of the cusions being crunchy before the rest were even dry. I called the company and the man on the phone tells me that I should use my own vaccum and "hit it with the detachable hose" once the cusions dry. I don't think after having a professional company come clean my sofa for $200 I should still have to clean it after they left. Very unsatisfied with my experience.
