Precision Chem-Dry in Las Vegas cleaned my carpets and did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. My dog likes to pee all over my light carpet and Adam came out to my home and was a professional carpet cleaner in Las Vegas. The urine smell from my carpets were gone and precision Chem-Dry in Las Vegas was excellent and I appreciate there efficiency and professionalism in cleaning my carpets. If you need a carpet cleaner in Las Vegas make sure to use precision Chem-Dry.

We have thick white carpet throughout. Precision did a superb job of cleaning up the dirt and footprints that have accumulated over the summer. We usually have the carpets cleaned twice a year by the regular method and they stay wet for days. The carpets were clean and dried within 2-3 hours. We will certainly use them again.

Ever had the situation where you answer an ad that offers a whole house carpet cleaning for $99... and then somehow that price morphs into a $299 job before you're done? If that is not your idea of how you want to be treated when you get your carpets cleaned... listen up. Precision Chem Dry will quote you a very fair (and real) price, stand by that price, show up on time and do a fantastic job! I have used these folks for two years now and recommend them highly. When you call, you will be promptly and cheerfully greeted by one of the owners, Annie, who will give you a price for the service you are requesting and set up an appointment time that works for you. Then on service day, your tech will call 30 minutes ahead to let you know he is in route to you. On arrival, the tech will show up professionally equipped to do the job right the first time. Personally, I have been extremely pleased at their results in my home. By the way, I also highly recommend asking for John to service your home. John is prompt, professional and knows his trade well. All in all Precision Chem Dry is an excellent company that you can rely on to do a great job with your carpet and floor cleaning needs, I do! And no, I am not a paid company spokesperson...just a happy customer!

Out standing customer service. I have done steam carpeting before and I did not like how my house smelled after wards. The carpet stayed wet for a week. I decided to have chem dry after a coworker had his carpet cleaned. I have to admit I was skeptical at first as they do not use water. After they finished cleaning the carpet. It was dry within three hours. The carpet smelled great and looked clean. It even removed a stain that I though would not be removed since the steam cleaning crew was not able to remove it themselves. I highly recommend them, especially if you have pets.

Always professional and do a great job. With Precision Chem Dry I found carpets to stay much cleaner longer. With other carpet cleaning companies, and I have tried them all... Approximately one -two months later needed a cleaning again with: Zero Rez, Stanley Carpet Cleaner & more. NOT with Precision Chem Dry. I got more than twice the time out of cleaning. Also carpets were dry in a few hours. I recommend them highly.

I called around and read reviews. The lady who answered was very nice and they were able to accommodate a cleaning a few days after my call. We were getting ready to sell her house and wanted our carpets cleaned before the showing. The technician was very nice, but was only at my house for 15 minutes. I have dogs, so we paid extra for the special formula to release pet odor. When the technician was finished, I questioned the fact that there were some dry spots and he told me that everything was covered. He didn't show me where he had spot treated with the pet cleaner. Almost a month later, we are moving out. I purchased an industrial Rug Doctor as I'm not sure if the new owners are going to keep the carpet. Needless to say, the water that is coming out is almost black! I've only had 12 people come through the house since the technician first came. My dogs haven't been in the house either. I called the organization, and I was told that they could come out and spot treat since it was still within 30 days. I had explained to her what was happening and all I received was "Sorry". I was expecting for her to offer for my money back. I'm very disappointed and will not recommend this service to anyone!

When I called the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful when I made the appointment. When they came out they used a special light and showed me spots that I couldn't see then treated all the areas. My carpets now look and smell clean! I am glad that I found them and will use them in the future.

They have GREAT customer service... the lady on the phone was nice, helped me set up an appointment. 2 days later the guy came to clean my couch. He was very nice, and gave me a great price too. The reason I'm giving this company a one star, is because of this below. - The first and second picture has stains that didn't get removed. He told me that the first two big stains he tried to take them out, but couldn't. Understandable. Though I do not think he noticed the other stain on the second picture. - when the couch dried up in the third picture, it left a water stain. Luckily I have pillows to cover that up. - The fourth picture is the aftermath, of the chemicals that dried up around my couch. Maybe a new policy to wipe down the couches when they're done. - The fifth picture is me wiping the couch after my son touched it. As you can see the wipe has black on it. Meaning the couch was not correctly clean.. The second picture is a close up on my couch after it dried... it's still dirty :(. My boyfriend told me to just tell them to come back and get them re-clean.. but if I didn't like the first time. I'm sure I won't like it the second time... sorry

I love the way my floors look after they were cleaned by Precision Chem-Dry. I had carpet and tile cleaned throughout my home and I couldn't be more pleased. I think I the thing I really appreciate (aside from the actual clean floors) is that the floors are completely dry now and it's just been a few hours. They cleaned an area rug for me that's about 10x12feet in size. I was getting ready to replace the rug because it was looking worn and soiled. When Adam was finished with it, it looked nearly new and I think I'll be holding on to it for a while. Let's face it, cleaning the floors professionally and is expensive and not something that I like spending money on. With Precision Chem-Dry I received a fair deal and my floors look great. I feel like I got what I paid for and I'll be using them again in 6-months.

Our carpets were dry in a very short period of time. And, they have never been cleaner! A few months after Stanley came out one of our dogs had an accident and my husband freaked. We needed immediate attention to the area. In a frantic, he called "Precision" ChemDry again and the Owner himself came out to help THAT DAY to help with our situation (urine - YECK!). Very unsatisfied with my experience. The only carpet cleaners I have ever hired that didn't vacuum before they started cleaning the carpet. Also a very rushed job on the carpets, there were some areas they even missed. Carpet petty much looked the same after they were done, and I paid extra for the deep clean. The only positives I have is one he did an excellent job on the couch and the carpets dried quick. My opinion it's not worth the extra cost to a traditional carpet cleaning.

Gracious. That was the first word that came out of my Mother’s mouth when I asked her what she wanted to express on her experience with having her carpets cleaned by Percision Chem-Dry. Her initial phone call was with Annie, who was accommodating and understanding while arranging service. Adam, who arrived to clean the 12 yr old, white carpets, treated my 83 yr old Mother “respectfully” and “courteously”. The carpets look fantastic, which is a total winner, but the WAY that Annie and Adam treated my Mother was what really touched me. If you want your carpets to be clean, Percision Chem-Dry does a stellar job. Excellent costumer service is not very common these days....but we found the real deal with Annie and Adam at Percision Chem-Dry. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom! P.S.
