Outstanding quality, service and on time

The guy who does the walkthrough will say all the right things but dont believe it...They did a horrible job!!!! completely unacceptable!!! They went to my place my place for about 90min and as soon as we left they left without even touching the upstairs...... they did a light wipe down on part of the house but didn't clean anything!! The front of the counters had grease spots on them, the back splash had grease as well, I don't know what these maids were thinking. Currently disputing charges

This was the last straw. Another broken pottery that they tried to hide from me (that makes 3 hidden and one that I saw happen, plus a broken pendant lamp in my kitchen). They are always in such a rush that I keep hearing things crash - pictures off the wall, chairs toppled over - and yet they don't even pick up a tissue that was on the floor partially under the chair. So the cleaning is noisy but not thorough. Different people every time for 2 years even when I request ones that I think were good. I end up going over the same things every week with a new person. They are better suited to hotels or empty apartments. Definitely not houses with anything valuable on display. And not sanitary in bathrooms or kitchens. No idea what they had tried to flush down my toilet this week but they left it full of what looked like ashes. And I don't smoke.

These lady’s did an excellent job on my first initial cleaning. I’ve never seen so much work completed in such a short time. Now every 3 weeks will be easier because it’s just a matter of maintenance. Great for someone who spends all day at work and doesn’t have the energy to do deep cleaning. Had a quote which merry maids walked thru my home to go over details of what I needed, specifics were wiping down doors, wiping shutters and trim, wipe baseboards, dust ceiling fans and dust banister along with the usual cleaning of the home. Merry maids kept sayin during the walkthru that they use microfiber towels and he wrote all of my requests on order and then quoted upwards of 300$ so I was very disappointed when 3 crew members were at my home and I had to remind them of baseboards and the shutters and ceiling fans. Downstairs I was in sight but Disappointed that once out of sight and maids upstairs the doors were not wiped down, banister-stairwell forgotten and cleaning fans not dusted nor the shutters wiped down. Waste of $300+ for first visit. However I was impressed with the vacuuming as my carpets looked like new again. At the end of the cleaning the crew asked that I take a look at the job before they left. I went upstairs and was able to just start reviewing job and the male crew member approached me to tell me they had to leave. I had no opportunity to inspect. Was rude.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this service. They have done a horrible job each time they came to clean the house. We even called to complain and asked them to fix the problem the next time. Still with nothing fixed, each time the cleaning service was worse than before. There were spots and streaks, dust left on everything, the ceiling fans were filthy, there were crumbs left on the counter, soap smudges along the counter, sinks dirty, tubs not even sanitized, nothing moved on the counters, microwave not cleaned (even on the outside), stove spotty, just the bare minimum that's stated in the contract was not cleaned..at all. The last and final thing- the toilets- each time they seemed to skip them! How can you skip a toilet- that's the main reason we hired a maid service- to do the cleaning you don't want to do all the time. We paid for a service and that service wasn't rendered. I am so disappointed I will not be recommending this company to anyone!

I'm always impressed by how clean my apartment is when I receive my once a month cleaning. Las Vegas dust is worse than any I've seen anywhere else I've lived but after the monthly service, I can forget this negative aspect of living in Vegas. After a small bump in the road in the usual level of service, my last cleaning was excellent as usual. Merry Maids of Las Vegas has maintained their standard and they are willing to get it right if you disagree at any point!

Terrible house cleaners. My house looks like they cleaned it with a rock and some cat litter. They did not do anything that was on our contract except they did take our check. Would not recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.

We have been using Merry Maids for over a year. Initially they were awesome but lately they do not show up on time moving our morning appointment to afternoon or next day because we have other appointments in the afternoon. They were supposed to be here at 9am then this afternoon. It is now almost 3pm and still waiting. They are not as thorough as they were before as if they are rushing to get to their next appt. We will be looking for another company. This is completely unacceptable.
