Long time Rainbow user, only owned my own for the past 5 years. Didn't realize some of the maintenance I was letting slide. I had a repair that needed to be done and Shawn not only took apart the machine in front of me showing me which part needed replaced, he also walked through the maintenance with me that I wasn't properly performing, showing me some of the problem spots. They performed the repair and the maintenance, and were able to lower my cost by using some refurbished parts where able.

They disassembled our vacuum right in front of us and educated us on how to clean the unit properly and showed us all of the problems that our unit currently had. I am an Active Duty Marine and have lived in multiple states since we bought our Rainbow. We trusted local so called rainbow service centers, little did we know they were ruining our machine using aftermarket parts, breaking internal parts and just leaving some out. We haven’t been able to use our machine for over two years. We moved to Greensboro and I found this place so I figured I would give it a try. Their very polite and professional staff jumped right in diagnosing the problems. They showed me a lot about the machine and got it working again the same day and for a very fair price. My rainbow vacuum that is 23 years old was in desperate need of service. I called AAA Advance Air Filtration and was able to schedule an evening appointment. That was so convenient, I didn't have to take time off work. He was very thorough in going over my machine and explaining all of the repairs. It turned out that the repairs were expensive and more than I was willing to spend, however, I was offered other options and was very pleased to be able to leave the office with a wonderful refurbished unit just like the one I had. I've had my Rainbow vacuum for roughly 7 years, and recent malfunctioning led me to needing repair. I googled options for my area and came across this dealer. I was able to schedule a same day diagnostics appt. and met with Shawn - he was absolutely AMAZING! He listened thoroughly & understood my terrible explanation of the issue and actually diagnosed the problem before putting his hands on the machine. He was very knowledgable and explained the function/condition of every piece on the vacuum as he dismantled it in front of us. He was very understanding of our needs and took it upon himself to rush our repair so that I could have my vacuum back just TWO days later! My OCD vacuuming self was so happy on pick up day :) After the experience we received, understanding how this business has been around for 30 years is a no-brainer. You won't go wrong working with AAA Advance Air Filtration, Inc. In Greensboro, NC! Mr. Shawn and his team are kind and courteous and render fast, efficient, and the utmost professional service!! We had a very unique situation where the proper care of our Rainbow System had been neglected for a couple of years and my family and I were traveling from Virginia to Alabama, when I and saw an opportunity to get the system serviced. Mr. Shawn accommodated our travels by allowing us to leave our system with him over the holiday weekend and had the service and restoration completed in time for us to pick it back up on our way back home to Virginia. He explained in detail, the intricacies of the Rainbow System, the issues with our machine, his service plan, and how he intended to restore our system. When we dropped it off, it looked like a construction contractor's vacuum cleaner and was barely operable...literally on its last leg with gunk, grime, and corrosion throughout the system. But when we picked it up, it was squeaky clean and sounded as powerful as it did the day I purchased the system. I am truly satisfied with Mr. Shawn's professionalism and am equally impressed with his attention to details and willingness to go out of his way to restore my Rainbow System and have it ready and waiting for us. I recently had my Rainbow serviced after having neglected it for 10 years. As you can imagine, it was in pitiful shape and luckily had not blown up. I wish I had taken pictures of how bad it was so you could see the difference. Shawn offered incredible customer service--the best I've ever had anywhere. I had to travel from out of town to drop off my machine, but was planning to watch a movie not far from the store. All appointments earlier in the day were already booked, but Shawn offered to come back to the store to let me drop off my machine hours after the store had already closed. It was fixed within a week--right when I had been told it would be and looks brand new and I now know how to care for it. I am SO grateful and excited to try out my "new" vacuum!

I love my rainbow and have owned a rainbow for many years. After a difficult time I had to sell my current 5yr old machine. I hated that I needed to sell it but Shawn was great and offered a fair price. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I also heared him on phone calls dealing with customers and finding parts for very old machines, showed great work ethic and customer service. As he is an independent sales rep for the products you can expect some of the sales talk and recommendations of products but I have experienced high pressure sales before and this was not it. I recommend rainbow products and also recommend Shawn as a dealer for new or refurbished products or parts service and repair.

This has been an informative and great experience. I came in to buy a new water pan, but was informed that there were several other things needed for my Rainbow. I was not informed when buying the vacuum 7 years ago about the maintenance it required, so although the extra maintenance requirements were a big surprise, I did feel they were needed and required after everything was explained to me. I am happy to have my like new vacuum back and ready to clean my home. I will also be sure to keep the regular maintenance scheduled and come back here for the maintenance so the vacuum lasts.

Today I had to go to the Greensboro Rainbow Distributor to return some parts for a vacuum I brought in for service last week and wound up turning in for a new Rainbow. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of my wife Linda and myself to sincerely thank Shawn for a truly friendly and professional sales experience concerning the purchase of our E series Rainbow vacuum cleaning system. It is a beautiful machine with many useful capabilities. With all the attachments, including a motorized stair and upholstery cleaner, there is nothing I can think of that the Rainbow can't do. This is important to us because I suffer with allergies and asthma and therefore it is critical that dust not be left in the air when vacuuming. With the Rainbow "wet dust can't fly". Plus our model has an additional HEPA filter on the exhaust end. Thus, the Rainbow is a virtually a TOTAL filtration system. The reason we bought a another Rainbow is because we traded in our D3 model that I bought 36 years ago, that was still running! It has never failed us, but was finally ready to rebuild. What a great track record for genuine Rainbow products. Equally important was who we dealt with. Shawn is one the most knowledgeable and professional Rainbow representatives we have ever met. He took time to understand our needs, make recommendations on a suitable replacement machine, demonstrate and explain the machine, and cover us with an excellent warranty and service program.
