My rental property in Great Falls had a pipe freeze and burst this winter. Brandon and the Servpro guys were great to work with and did an outstanding job of taking care of everything from calling a plumber to repair the pipes, keeping our insurance adjuster informed, and making sure that the house was dried out quickly. They also did an excellent job of communicating with me and the tenants to keep us all informed every step of the way which was very helpful since we live out of state!

I just called to ask them if required by law to have liscenced professionals clean up after human body decomposes for a week. Is smell toxic to neighbors? Waiting for call back . And how do I get smell out of my apartment since I live next door.

Had a pipe burst and flood our basement. Called Servpro and they were so busy they had called in crews from Helena. These guys are THE BEST!!! They got right to work and were professional and just made us feel at ease. Hope this doesn't happen again, but I wouldn't call anyone else if it does.
