I contacted ServPro after smoke damage at my house and received a quick and skilled response. I of course was worried about the cost and whether or not insurance was going to cover what I needed. They worked with me and figured out the best plan of action. The work took 2 weeks on the house, which was quick considering the work needing to be done. Everything was put back in place and was expertly done! What I appreciated most was the quick response from the owner, as I of course had dozens of questions over email. I never felt as if I was a burden or nuisance, as I had no idea how to navigate the repairs and the insurance company throughout this process. I would HIGHLY recommend ServPro for any work needing to be done as they are professional, responsive, and excellent at their level of work. Thank you!!

The Billings ServPro team are my super heroes! A pipe failed in my parent's historic home damaging all 3 levels. We called ServPro and the team arrived on site in less than 30 minutes. They were true Pros working to mitigate the damage and following a plan for demolition and restoration. I hope no one ever has to experience water damage, but if you do the Billings ServPro professionals are incredible. I give them my highest recommendation!
