Extremely disappointed by the performance of this company. After a sewage back up flooded my basement these folks showed up two days later to haul off the furniture, remove the floor tiles, remove sheet rock and sanitize. Three people worked a total of 28 man hours to complete the job and they hauled one trailer load of debris to the dump. They did a very sloppy job of cutting the sheet rock too. For this they billed my insurance company over $3,300! Companies like this that feel they can greedily over-bill insurance companies just because it's an 'insurance job' need to be put on notice. Fraudulent and unethical business practices will catch up to you. I'm filing my complaint with the Department of Corporations and the Insurance Commissioner. I have owned and operated small businesses all my life and I believe in making a fair profit by charging 'reasonable and fair prices'. It's always worked for me but apparently this company operates by some very unethical standards. They are a perfect example of why our insurance premiums are so unbearably high. Shame on them!

We had an unnoticeable small leak under our guest bath toilet for at least a week before we realized it was there. It took a few days but ServiceMaster was able to dry out our wood floors and save them from replacement. Highly recommend!

Servicemaster responded within a few hours and began mitigation measures to dry out my attic after ice dams on the roof caused water to enter. They did everything from removing wet insulation to replacing damaged sheetrock to blowing in new insulation, and were always responsive to getting the job done with the least inconvenience to my family. I highly recommend them for any emergency work you may have.

Frozen Pipes in an unfinished room above my garage. The water took down my garage ceiling (Sheetrock, all insulation) leaving my garage and many of my belongings a mess. ServiceMaster responded within a few hours and began the clean-up process that took over a week to get the remaining residual water out of my garage walls.
